Rubi’s Peruvian Taste was amazing! Went there for dinner, we were seated quickly and the waiter was very kind and attentive. The food was very authentic to food you would find in Peru. The Chicha Morada was the best I’ve had outside of Peru, the Aji de gallina was fantastic and the lomo and pollo saltados were both really great as well. The portions are large, we all had enough leftover for lunch tomorrow. Will be going back again.

the Jalea was something otherworldly, i would’ve never expected such a variety of Ocean critters on my plate but it was quite splendid, yuca was nice, as well as the plantain chips.
The food and atmosphere was great and authentic. I lived in Peru before and this reminded me of being there. I'm from out of state but will come back when I'm in town again

I love this place. It’s the closest to home cooked Peruvian food you could find in salt lake county. The ceviche and the desayunos are my favorite. I love when they make the chicharon crispy and the ceviche with the camote sancocahado is on point. The service lacks at times but I go back for the tasty food 🥰
