Sophia by far made the experience at Ruby River in SLC. She was the best waitress we ever had She was very kind and attentive. She kept things clean in between her rounds. Literally amazing! Food was also super great! Steaks cooked perfectly! I really hope management recognizes her hard work and values her work ethic.

I stopped here while in town. I have eaten at other locations years ago and enjoyed it. Unfortunately the food has gone down hill. The steak was ok but thin and overcooked. I asked for rare and it was medium. The fries were ok and the shrimp was tiny. The staff was friendly but overall it was overpriced and underdelivered

The only thing we like here is the prime rib. We have ordered it 4 times in a row and each time they cancelled our order on DoorDash even though it was the middle of the dinner hour. You know you can update the stock on DoorDash right? It’s pretty inconsiderate to take someone’s money and then cancel the order because you didn’t update your system to show its out. And another thing, why don’t you keep enough in stock? It’s also happened to us when dining in.

I was visiting Utah SLC for the first time and got this place recommended by many so i had to try it. I ordered the Ribeye with buttered fries and mash potatoes, the steak tasted amazing and came as ordered medium well. the service was very welcoming and friendly.

Pretty good food here. I've been here before. The only thing I'm concerned about is all the chips I the dishes they've served the food on. Could that lead to their dirty dishes when you got chips like that. Bacteria, possible??

The salt lake City location is great, I've had steaks and burgers from them and they were excellent. The burgers are huge and the fries are some of the best I've ever had 🤘🤘🤘

We visited this location right at 5 pm on a Tuesday evening. We got right in. The food was excellent. All four of us enjoyed what we ordered. I enjoyed the 16oz ribeye, and it was cooked to perfection.

I had never eaten here, even though I worked across the street at one point. I ordered their 18 oz. Ribeye with a loaded bake potato and asparagus. It was the best steak I’ve had in Utah. I used to work at Longhorn, I go to steakhouses quite a bit. This mid-rare cut was incredible.
