Ruth's Chris Steak House

Food was 10/10 and service was 10/10. Highly recommend the filet and lobster macaroni and cheese. Staff was incredible and provided an amazing experience. However, the only part where there was an issue was the restaurant refused to accept our OpenTable gift card. I redeemed my OpenTable points for a $40 reward/ gift card for this specific Ruths Chris reservation. However the restaurant stated they don't take these rewards cards since they don't get reimbursed the full amount for them. If a restaurant is unable to honor a gift card obtained through Open Table, then they should not be listed under restaurants that accept these rewards.

Food was good. It wasn't quite as good as STK steakhouse but still very good. The service was excellent. The noise level was also good. This place is more old school and not quite as modern as the other high-end steakhouses in Salt Lake.

We had a private dining room for our group of 8 people. Celebrating a family birthday. The service is consistently excellent. The food, always fantastic- hot, flavorful, timely, etc!!! The noise level is low. Our favorite steak house in the valley.

Great experiance, Andrea at the bar makes a great Manhattan with High West Bourbon. Connor provided great service in the dinning room - the Venison special was fantastic as was Crab Stack, Lamb Chops and Spicy Lobster appetizer. I plan to return soon.

The place is really nice. They prepared our table for our arrival and added some decorations for our anniversary, which was a nice touch.

I had the ribeye, and that was amazing. My wife had the Filet, and she thought that was great too. We ordered the mashed potatoes and creamed spinach as well, and the mashed potatoes were ok, but I liked the creamed spinach better.

They gave us dessert on the house, which was very nice of them. Overall, it was an excellent experience! We’ll be back for another special occasion.

Our first time at Ruth Chris's and we went to celebrate our 35th anniversary, son graduating from the university, and me completing my second Master's degree. Food and service were outstanding. The staff really went the extra mile to celebrate our milestones and putting "Happy Anniversary" and "Congratulations" in chocolate lettering on our desserts was a very nice touch. Very enjoyable evening. Great venue to celebrate any milestone in life.

We went for our 44th wedding anniversary. Everyone welcomed us and wished us a happy anniversary. The food and service were impeccable. You get what you pay for.

Our server (I know her name started with a C I just don't remember it) was amazing. Joked with us and made our experience great!

This was for our anniversary and it was wonderful. Everyone was so nice and congratulatory. Will be back!
