I expected the food to be great here due to all the great reviews. The food wasn't bad, but definitely not great. It seemed very bland to me, and we ordered 4 different dishes. I've been to many Indian restaurants in Salt Lake Valley, most of them have amazing flavor and spice. Our food at Saffron Valley just seemed super bland. Like something you would buy frozen at a grocery store. Maybe we just had bad luck here? I have heard a lot of good things about this place. Just sharing my honest opinion.

Don't hesitate on ordering their mango lassi, it's soooo good. My first time having buryani and I didn't like the flavor.. so I probably won't have them again. If you like spicy get medium, their hot is super hot. Garlic naan is average.Be prepared to have a looooong wait if you order to eat (25mins?). Buffet style is a lot faster.

LOVE this place. Best naan and tikka masala I’ve had in UT. The staff are very generous and kind. I’ve been eating here regularly for several years. 10/10 would recommend. Definitely order the tikka masala, garlic naan, paneer, coconut korma with fish.

When we got there here we discovered it was the perfect choice. Prices were low and there were a ton of options. We ended up getting a lunch special. It was a small plate of every item. We had at least 3 different kinds of curries, a rice bowl, some soups, a dip, and the dessert but I don't know any of their names because they were Indian. I am so sorry, but I truly don't remember what they were called. And they were delicious and filling.I wish I would have dressed up a little bit more when we came in. Since I'd never heard of the place before I didn't know what to expect, but it was really really nice!Artistic would be the best word to describe this location. I feel like everything has a gold tint and it's like I'm in a different world. That sounds cheesy, doesn't it?Please please please go here. If you love Indian food and great atmosphere.

I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE ME AND MY PREGNANT WIFE WENT TODAY AND THERE WAS ROACHES EVERYWHERE SO WE LEFT THEY EVEN HAD EGGS LAID AND THIS WAS RIGHT NEXT TO THE KITCHEN SO I IMAGINE THEYVE BEEN IN THE FOOD WE ARE SENDING THE VIDEO TO CORPORATE I FEEL BAD FOR ANYBODY WHO HAS CONSUMED THIS FILTH!!!!!!
