Martin and Ignacio took such good care of us! Very good service and the food was super yummy! We did the steak sandwich, salad, and spare ribs poutine. I would definitely eat here again!

The decor was excellent with a very friendly staff! Can't help but think this place used to be amazing before the pandemic. Food was mediocre

Inaccurate Google info, call ahead!! We walked in the rain to eat here and they were closed. Lame.

Good buffet. Melon was questionable, even for a hotel breakfast. Some chocolate milk was bad, too, but there was more.

The post-covid breakfast buffet is really just a shadow of it's pre-covid self. At the moment it is more on a Fairfield Inn level. But it is much better than nothing.

It’s rare to find both great service and great food in the same establishment, but Salt Stone has managed to do exactly that! My server, Sheilah, was fantastic! Not only did she accommodate my substitutions, but she did so gladly. I can’t sing her praises enough. I highly recommend the eggs Benedict accompanied by Sheilahs exceptional service!

I'm just not a huge fan of restaurants in hotels. Keep in mind that they're not all just O.K. but, I feel it's a captive audience that they serve. They also tend to be a little pricy for the meals. This is not a totally negative statement, I have also been to some restaurants that were nothing less than amazing in the hotel, ones' that made me want to return! We went to this restaurant for breakfast. We were seated quickly but had to wait a while for service. This was not because we were being ignored, it was obvious that there were not enough servers here. This is not just in this restaurant but systematic of many establishments today. By the time we ordered, we had to get our food quickly and get over to the convention center. I was happy with the oatmeal and all toppings, and it came with an SLC bagel. My wife had two fried eggs. Breakfast was good, and cost over $25.00 for two.... I was a little disappointed at the price but not surprised. Perhaps, I will have the opportunity to come back and visit the restaurant for lunch or dinner.... I am confident that this beautiful establishment will produce some tasty fun food.

This review is for the breakfast buffet on a weekend. The breakfast buffet included smal box cereal, a selection of muffins, pastries, and chafing dishes of eggs, potatoes, crispy bacon, and sausage. Pros: * The bacon is crispy, which I love * The selection is pretty good Cons * The quality of the food is just ok. Nothing to write home about * The host was also the person taking food/drink orders for 10 tables of guests. This was really insufficient - for example, we didn't get water until I was done my meal and my partner didn't get to order food at all until I was done my meal. Breakfast was $26 for one person (tip incl). Not worth the price for food quality and my experience. Overall I will skip Salt Stone in the future for breakfast.

Service was good, but not sure the breakfast food we ordered warranted the price as it was just ok
