Pizza is displayed without being under a heating source, so basically after it's made it's left out to dry and reheating does nothing, it'll stay dry. Nothing like it was 10 years ago, company is in shambles. OK spaghetti and sides

Drinks are small as hell. The pizza's even smaller. If you can remember going to the mall as a kid and eating this food you would have thought that you were getting the same thing. Boy you were you wrong. I've had better pizza at Little Caesars I should have went there instead and that's saying something. I can't stand Little Caesars. But I would eat that over this slop. How is it the drinks are cheaper at McDonald's.

Hate to say it but... As a born and raised NYCer, this may be the closer to NYC style pizza in Utah and it's amazing.

The employee on staff (teenage boy) served the person in front of me, and then after walked to the back of the store completely ignoring me standing there. I had to call back to a different team member to help me. I don’t blame all employees or the establishment, but this particular employee gave terrible service.

This place shouldn’t exist. Low quality pizza at ridiculous prices. $16 for two slices, a drink and a tiny cup of ranch.
They also charged me $.99 for the ranch even though it’s marked as $.79. I asked the employee about it and he said “tax”. Sales tax isn’t 25%. When I told him that he just shrugged and said “I don’t set the prices”. He also didn’t look at me while talking and mumbled to the point where I could barely hear him.
Why not have an actual pizza place in here?

I can't speak for the other locations but in fashion place Mall I don't understand where all the hate comes from. Whether it's just a slice they reheat up or a whole new pie it's always delicious they're always friendly and their meatballs are excellent.

Juarez has such a good attitude! It brings in all the customers and he makes sure you know that you are taken care of. This guy deserves a raise! Keeps the lining moving while having great energy.

Employees do not understand their own menu offerings and do not seem willing to learn. Was told that I could not purchase a Stromboli combo as it is listed on their menu screens and mobile app (Stromboli, side, and drink), but that the Stromboli combo is a Stromboli, slice of pizza, and a drink, which doesn’t even make sense as a “combo.” Very disappointing.
