The food is okay both my son and I noticed that the pizza once it's heated is not as warm or hot as some of the other sbarros we've gone to.Parking: Parking is free for the first 2 hours.

Gotta love a classic NY XL slice of cheese pizza! I grew up on Sbarro’s pizza and love the options they have. Super friendly & efficient staff member, and they were the only one there when we were served. Plenty of seating at the Fashion Place Mall food court that is easily accessible.

I came here to eat with my family from out of state.We were in line and this interesting woman with red hair comes in bossing others around as if she were the one in charge. My mom asked if she had more mushroom pizzas because there was one piece left and the lady responded "That's all there is" it wasn't what she said that ticked me off, but her attitude with it was very rude. Later on, as we were waiting to pay, my aunt wanted to add an additional side of pasta. My aunt went to ask her if she could add a side to our order and the woman immediately starts giving her attitude; "Well what do you want to add?Another pizza, what?" Again, with attitude. My aunt points at the pasta telling her that she would like to add a side of pasta the lady looks at her and tells her"We're out of stock" She didn't even bat an eye at the food in front of her. "My aunt is pointing at the pasta, telling her that she would like the pasta. The lady glances at it, places her hand on her waist and says "That's not pasta" my aunt is just asking to take some, again "No, that's not pasta. That's Zitti." We just payed and left, "Zitti" is a pasta, woman. Google it. (The pasta pic below, is the the "zitti" btw...)

We ordered some pizzas, salads, and pasta. The lady that helped us was throwing the pizzas in the oven, obviously having a bad day. We ordered an additional pasta plate and she mentioned there was no more so we pointed to the pasta and she said that was not pasta but zitti. She wanted to take our plates away even after we paid. The food was good but after that type of service I would never come back. She was demeaning just because we asked for an additional plate of pasta. What a horrible experience.Vegetarian options: They have the a mushroom pizza that is really good. When asked for additional slices they said that was all they had even though there was another lady making other pizzas on the side. We could have waited, specially if they didn’t want to give us any pasta. Not friendly at all.

As we were ordering, she was tossing the pizzas as if she did not want to take care of us. We were still in line waiting g to pay and decided to add something else to the order, asked “when you get a change, could you please add something else to my order” she laughed and rolled her eyes. She then said “I hate do you mean add to the order”? And I went to explain that we were still in line to pay and wanted something else to add to the order (as if she didn’t just give us some pizzas). She again said, “I don’t understand what do you mean” to what I responded “could you please give me an order of pasta?” To what she responded- there is no pasta, and I pointed to the one I wanted and she said, that is not pasta, that is ziti (same thing lady, it is still pasta). At this point I got annoyed. I just told her, to nevermind, I didn’t want anything else anymore. She went to the front and turned her back to talk to the person at the register and I tried to ignore her I overheard she saying to the man “just so that you know why I’m doing this and we are on the same page”.. whatever… she was so nice to the people behind us (that happened to be white)… and I just started grabbing our pizzas as we had paid already. As I reached for the last plate, she grabbed it and did not let me have it until I pulled harder. She made our experience so bad. This was so unnecessary. If she doesn’t like to deal with people, she should not be working here. Our food was cold and the whole experience was just so horrible. Never again.

Ordered from this location through Doordash. Received a cold pizza covered in pepperoni despite having ordered only cheese. Called the location to ask about the mix-up and they claimed they'd received no Doordash orders that night. Can't read an order and they lie to customers on the phone. Just avoid this $hithole.

Stood in line a little to long register guy lagging . They should see where the lag is and improve customer service since volume is the key. I got a slice and a Caesar salad. Both were everything I expected but didn’t dance off my tung as hopped. Approximately 11 buck. Parking is underground and free if less than two hours. Just make sure you take a picture of your surroundings when you get out of your car. This is for location and level. There are three block of parking and you could very easy get lost looking for your car.Wheelchair accessibility: The food court is all ADA accessible and the restrooms are as well.
