Settebello is the most authentic Italian pizzeria in Utah. Not only that, they have amazing gluten free pizza that is so fluffy and delicious. My mom has celiac and she goes here as often as she can because it’s her favorite pizza. So many great options, with easy vegetarian substitutions as well.

Settebello’s does justice to the city of Naples for their pizza. Both wheat and gluten free pizzas were fantastic. My wife who cannot eat gluten was ecstatic with how her pizza tasted and the texture was light and airy, not crunchy and gummy like most gluten free pizzas. Highly recommend getting a reservation during weekends for dinner as it is extremely popular.

The pizza here is genuinely good and clearly the highlight of the place. Unfortunately, the dining experience doesn’t match the quality of the food. The space feels dated, with old chairs and tables that screech loudly whenever they’re moved, which makes the atmosphere less comfortable than it should be. Service is another weak point: most of the runners seem inexperienced and unsure of their roles, which leads to a somewhat disorganized experience.
