The food and shakes are great but getting them is tough. They’re often open when it says they’re closed online and closed when it says they’re open. They’re regularly out of product and you don’t know if you’ll be able to get what you want until you try and order it. They are always short staffed and they always take a long time to fulfill orders. It’s frustrating because I love the product, I just hate the service

Good shakes usually, sometimes they are a bit icy. Be prepared to wait almost 10 minutes for your shake though.

I waited 30 min for a protein shake, I had to skip class because of how slow they were.

If you’re looking for a great place to grab a smoothie/shake full of protein & deliciousness - this is the place!!! See ya later Jamba, I am all in on Shake Smart! This place is healthy, delicious, and affordable. I tried the p-b squared which was so tasty - it was the perfect amount of peanut butter, chocolate, and bananas. If you just got done with a workout or are just looking for a healthy option full of protein, this is the place!

Pretty good shakes. I would give them a good review but they’re often open way later than they say they are in their site. I’ve also had an order go Missing after 25 minutes of waiting.

Both times I’ve gone to ShakesSmart my order has been lost and I had to wait for 30+ minutes. Staff was unfriendly and could be heard talking bad about customers.

When I first ordered here, I had to do some research to find out what was vegan. After scouring their website, I found out the allergen info document that told the information I needed. There are plant milks available, almond and oat milk. And there are also plant protein powders, but it defaults to the whey protein. So make sure to customize your order and substitute the whey out for the plant. I like the pb squared shake with almond milk and plant chocolate protein powder. Here is the allergen info document:

Friendly and helpful staff. Got the pb^2 shake, very tasty. They have several milk options to choose from too, including almond and oat.

Mediocre shakes. But its the only option in the gym.Charged me double and then refunded. The refund never appeared in my card.

If you need to use extra meals for a meal plan, this place is pretty great. Most of the smoothies can be covered entirely by meal transfers, and they taste great. My only complaint is that sometimes during heavy hours, the wait can be long. But that's simply because of lack of help it seems. Employees are great and friendly. It's pretty expensive if you're not using meal transfers.

Today I was at this place around 3pm order a acai bowl when ready to pay at the register this the one guy wearing a red cap was pretty rude as I explained my order he alter his voice to me couple times in a rude manner. No doubt that the employee need training in customer service very disappointed unprofessional for sure I'm not returning again!! I hope management take action. Be aware of the terrible service

Service is so beyond slow it’s laughable, shouldn’t take 25 minutes on average to get a smoothie

Their protein has a strong nasty flavor and they don’t use fresh ingredients. Granola is cheap and doesn’t have much substance to it and if you want strawberries sliced on top like the pictures display on the menu, forget about it; it’s a cold strawberry sauce with some chunks in it. Not the best, I prefer other companies, but it’s conveniently located in the student life center so there’s that.
