I’ve been a fan of skinny fats for a while now, and today my experience was amazing!
I came into Hallpass with my mother who was from out of town and we decided to get food from Skinny Fats. We ordered, grabbed our buzzer, and headed to a high top by the bar. We had been chatting for about 30-45 mins and our buzzer hadn’t gone off, so I went back up to the counter to inquire about an ETA. The cashier, Luz, had told us our order was finished some time ago, and attempted to deliver it to us, however they could not find us.
We determined it was some issue with the buzzer itself, regardless she had taken great care of us with an incredibly kind and professional attitude that left me feeling overall happy and impressed.
The food here is amazing and their employees are even more so, I would strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone!

I liked the concept of Hallpass and the food at SkinnyFats was surprisingly good for what was essentially a glorified food court. Skinnyfats has great menu options with healthy options as well as some higher calorie choices. The food was delicious but pretty pricey at $17 for a bowl. The venue was loud and crowded making conversation a bit difficult but great people watching. I’d go back if they have a location with a bit less chaos.

This place is a real gem with great vegan options and something for all. I had the Spud McCurry curried sweet potato, which was delicious. The Big Parm was equally well received. I hope to try the vegan burger and grapefruit brulee next time. Thanks, SkinnyFATS!

Not directly on the menu, the Zucc It special was the best bowl of spaghetti we've tasted in just short of forever. Better yet, it's guilt free since the impossibly fine angel hair noodles were undeniably actual zucchini.
The Bleu Basalmic with seared ahi was definitely a rival for best bowl. The sweet/sharp basalmic vinegrette contrasts perfectly with the bleu cheese crumbles, and the greens make sure you leave the table full.
We were really impressed as well with the CauliFIRE. We don't expect quite that high of a Scoville rating on Buffalo sauce, so it was a pleasant surprise, as was the absence of breading.
The only complaint we have is that Skinny Fats is 900 miles from our front door. Of course, it's going at the top of our list of places to visit next time we're in SLC.
Vegetarian options: Not directly on the menu, the Zucc It bowel was an all-plant masterpiece.
Dietary restrictions: The staff was quickly and easily able to customize our meal in respect to our food allergies

Food tastes like frozen food entrees. ?
We went to hog and tradition and my kids got skinny fats kids meals. It was probably one of the best burgers in SLC. For six bucks best kids meal in Utah. My wife and I are for sure getting it next time.

AMAZING FOOD and great service :). They work with you if you have allergies. This place would be literally perfect if they used E.V.O.O instead of canola but other than that it’s great

Oh skinny fats how I love you! Let me count the ways. Our loves goes back to 2012 when I first tried your amazing eats in Las Vegas. I wasn’t gluten free at the time but someone in my party was, so they had picked this place. It’s been a while and I know the menu has changed but I remember LOVING their vegan root beer floats. A vegans dream to be able to have milkshakes or floats again! Vanilla soy ice cream. Yum.

I really like this place as it seems to have a lot of options for everyone. I usually order the Spuds McCurry, but they've recently HEAVILY reduced the amount of curry you get with it.The service is also hit or miss, you either get great, friendly service or you get someone just working a register.
