Maybe the best pizza I've ever had? Got the Cardiac Arrest and it was honestly just exactly what I want pizza to be. I love a wood fired crust, and the atmosphere was trendy and low-key. The server was friendly but not bothersome and it was all very reasonably priced. I'm definitely going again while I'm in SLC.

I’m new to Slc and this was a perfect spot to grab great food, great drinks, great atmosphere, and the service is beyond great! Ivy was absolutely amazing! Bringing that southern hospitality to the mountains was something I was not expecting but definitely made our evening that much more beautiful! THANKS IVY!

This place was very nice inside. The pizza was excellent some of the best I’ve had before. The buffalo chicken pizza is highly recommended. The pizzas are perfect sizes too. My son and I each got one and we were full after eating them.

We love Slackwater and eat here 1-2 times per month. We love the wings and the “Check your breath” appetizer. The pizzas are a must and don’t forget a side of their ranch to dip into! We love the Cali Squeeze beer on tap. The seasonal spicy watermelon sour was also delicious. Parking is free and plentiful for being downtown. Restrooms are clean.
The last time we came in the restaurant was swamped with lots of people and the wait was long. Long story short, we placed an order and it got lost in the kitchen. We reordered and it got lost again. We weren’t stressed about it because we were enjoying drinks and chatting. The manager apologized for the wait and confusion and took care of us. We didn’t expect it at all and I thought it was amazing that they were proactive. I am not one to complain especially when you can see they are doing their best to manage a full house. We are loyal Slackwater fans, but this last experience really solidified it.

The pizza is amazing. The flavors were great and the ranch was incredible. 🤌🏽 Don’t expect Hidden Valley ranch, this is housemate ranch.
We got the hot honey dp and the grape and gorgeous. Highly recommend both. Excited to try more!

The food was really good but the service especially from the owner was bad, we asked to the waitress to have another table and there are ways to say no but the owner scream at us and make us feel bad, we didn’t leave because we were hungry and we were celebrating ur friend birthday!! Worst experience
Just to clarify first of all the reservation was for 11 and we ended up with 20 customers not more than 25 and YES your team try to seat us together(We loved the waiter who served us) but I'm really upset that YOU yelled at us really badly and made us feel uncomfortable , and We didn't asked no one to leave their table the customers next to us decided to go but not because we asked. We were just really upset and frustrated and for real as a manager/owner you don't have any customer service experience.

I initially made a reservation for 8 people, then I was notified via email of a change to 11 people because in the reservation I specified that we were more people and for some reason the system would not let me add more people, we have been to another location and did not have any problems with the group, I thought that upon arrival I could explain it, upon arriving at the place I explained to the girl at the reception that we were possibly more than 15 maybe 19, she did not say anything to me at that time, she just told me to wait and then they let us in, in the end we were 20 people and a baby, after being seated when the place was full and asking for another table, someone who works there came, approached and began to speak angrily and in a rude manner, I understand that we were a large group and it can be overwhelming, we just wanted to eat and have a quiet and pleasant time, we have been to this restaurant this same large group at the Herriman location and everything was fine, but it would have been better from the beginning to say no, and that we were too many, we are people polite and we would have surely understood, also nobody spoke to strangers at another table asking them to leave, we waited for the table in front of us to free up (it was a suggestion from one of the waiters) people left and the table was occupied minutes after they left after they had cleaned the table, it was a communication problem because since I arrived I told them that we were a bigger group, on the other hand the waiter Mat was excellent, friendly and patient, we were not loud, demanding, or rude, we ordered the food quickly and without problems but we took the cake home because we didn't know if it was appropriate to sing happy birthday there, we were all strange because of the awkward situation because it had never happened to us before, I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the reservation changes, nobody explained anything to me either but it was not the way to treat us in front of everyone, the situation could have been handled more politely. Thank you!
