The food was good. I don’t recommend getting cheese on your burger though, it seems like it some of that singles cheese. The fries were good. And the bacon on the burger was cooked perfectly. Overall it was good!

Very quiet at the time I went, there was one other customer besides myself in the building. I ordered a burger, fries and a shake, to go. The burger and shake were excellent, though the fries tasted old,as if they had sat in the warmer for too long. All in all, it was still a decent meal.

I ordered online at 2pm for a 6:30pm pickup. I got a confirmation email that the order had been received. I showed up at 6:35 and was told they hadn't received the order. I then waited 40 minutes for two cold burgers, tots and a melted shake. People who showed up after me were served first. Customer service has gone down across the board and apparently Smash Burger is no different.

Food is like cutout cardboard with seasonings somehow too much and too little and an abysmal time eating, what flavors you can pick out make me want to gag choose somewhere to eat

We were greeted at the door by a super friendly employee, Steeve (he may have been the manager/owner). He was extremely helpful. He helped us order items that are great value and all the food was amazing.
