They are always so welcoming and easy to work with for birthday orders. The cupcakes are amazing. I love any of the filled ones and the minis are just as amazing as the regular size cupcakes. I have tried many cupcake places and this is my favorite in the SLC valley by far!!!!

I was disappointed! I bought a few cupcakes for a birthday party, but neither my guests nor I enjoyed them. The cake was dry and lacked flavor, and the icing was just a simple decorating icing rather than buttercream.

I picked up a dozen cupcakes last week, and completely butterfingered the door as I was leaving, and dropped the boxes on the ground. The gal at the front was so sweet and offered to replace the cupcakes. I was so touched that they would offer. I took her up on an individual boxed cupcake that I completely smashed. That is real customer service right there. Will be going back!

The maple bacon cupcakes are SO good! Lily gave excellent customer service and the kids had such a fun time coloring! The atmosphere is really fun and would highly recommend taking the kids out for a treat.

Spouse loves the cupcakes. They are too dry and sweet for me. Toddler gets lost in the play kitchen and toys. Mini cupcakes are cute. Large variety. No coffee/espresso. Usually pretty empty, which is nice to relax and sample food. Sucks that there is no free water. Can get pretty pricey, usually we spend a full meal’s worth on dessert here.

Natalie was so accommodating and so sweet. 2 years ago in October, my significant other was on tour with his band. His birthday was approaching - their next tour stop, Utah
Doing some research, I came across "So Cupcake" (actually, I did a TON of research and felt that So Cupcake would be a winner) The customer service was superb, she was so accommodating of my special request!! She paid special attention to the type of cupcake, colors, the look I was going for etc. She made a BEAUTIFUL two dozen cupcake batch and hand delivered them to the venue.
PS- I communicated all of this with Natalie via phone (I am in NYS)
ALL was magnificent ? They deserve infinite stars!!

I just had the most wonderful customer service over the phone placing a special order. I am not sure the name of the sweet person helping me, but I just want to say thank you! It is SO rare getting good customer service anymore, but this experience was a 10. These cupcakes are absolutely the BEST I have ever tasted. If they doubled their prices these cupcakes would still be sooooo worth it!!!!

I was expecting, given that the cupcakes were $2.50 a pop, to be wowed by some aspect of the cupcakes' flavor. I was not. They look great, but they are all style with little substance. If I had gone to the grocery store, bought a cake mix, and made my own cupcakes, I would have had the same - if not, instead, a better - experience flavor-wise.The people serving you are nice and helpful. But I will not be returning again.

I've know this long time ago and haven't been here for years. We saw this and decided to dropped by. Few selections on display this time but quality is still as good as I remember from years ago. I wish they serve coffee though, would be perfect with cupcakes. The atmosphere is a bit sad/dark though this time not like the first few years when they first started which was bright and lively.
This place is a total gem!
