The service and the food we both great. The bartenders each have a specialty drink. The food and drink are creative enjoyed the whole experience. I had the Jalapeño soup and Birriera.

We visited Sol Agave tonight and had mixed feelings about the experience. The food was really good — flavorful and nicely presented — but the service was unfortunately lacking. We had to chase down our waiter just to get drink refills, and after finishing our meal, we waited quite a while hoping he’d return so we could order dessert and eventually pay the bill. As my wife and I used to be bartenders, we can easily recognize when service is falling short, and this was definitely one of those times.
On the food side, everything started strong, but a few small details brought it down. It was surprising that the restaurant serves French fries but doesn’t have ranch — that’s a pretty basic condiment most people expect. The dessert was also disappointing; the churros were undercooked and doughy in the middle, which made them hard to enjoy.
Overall, Sol Agave has great potential with its food, but the poor service and small quality issues really took away from what could have been a fantastic dining experience.

Our server Jose Luis was a very great host & respectful! He gave us great recommendations & made our dinning experience amazing! 10/10! I can't wait to be back very soon!
