I have never consistently had this many terrible experiences with a fast food restaurant. I write this review sitting in a stall at Sonic after having waited over 45 minutes. I think I’m done with this place. Inept staff, poor service. Absolutely clueless. Never again. Avoid at all costs.

They used to have my favorite onion rings. I didn't know why they changed. A worker also had to come to the drive through window after I had interacted with another worker since ordering to ask me what I had ordered

It's almost comical how many times they mess up our orders. Asked for bbq sauce, get maple syrup. Ask for no mayo due to an allergy, get sandwiches with extra mayo that are unedible. Ask for a lemonade, get a diet coke. Ask for 2 fries and a drink, don't get either. And apparently straws are in short supply, as we have never seen one. These things happen EVERY. TIME. One time we didn't receive an entire meal on our order. We enjoy treating ourselves to Sonic on busy nights, amd enjoy the food when its done correctly, but the mess ups are getting out of hand. Likely won't be ordering Sonic anymore since it always ends with at least 3 out of our 4 family members having messed up orders or unable to eat due to allergies, which is too bad.

I got here at 11:30 and it said closes at 12:00 and all the lights were off but there were 2 people working and I clicked the button and was ignored until 11:50 and then told that “we are no longer serving” it was very rude and all I wanted was a drink and was sitting for 20minutes with no service and there was no other cars there.

Unbelievable wait time. I pulled in at 9:20 to a box to order. Waited 20 minutes for no one to answer. Pulled into the drive thru only for it to be worst the wait at the order box.

Ordered 2 orders and both where sting and disgusting one of my orders sat for over an hour and the other they completely got wrong and missed my drink. I called to see if they could replace my order and the bimbo on the phone refused absolute waste of money and time

Sonic no longer sells all meat popcorn chicken but these nasty chicken foam balls. If you aren't going to serve real meat then the prices need to be lowered drastically. I didn't pay $20 to eat 7 foam "chicken" balls. Disgusting. Also the staff are still a bunch of idiots who have to be told what items come with every meal. Honestly just take your money and go to a real restaurant. Costs about the same and you get real food and better service.
This establishment closes at 9 o'clock not 11.Please edit your hours.It is 8:55 pm and your restaurant is closed

Sorry to be that guy, but we came here 10 minutes before close and were turned away saying that they were closed. I get it sucks to make food at the end of the shift, but I expect to be served when I come an establishment during operating hours. Some people don’t get to choose when they get off work

I like Sonic, but not this location. Two times in a row in the last two months I have ordered the Footlong Chilli Cheese Coney, and both times had terrible diarrhea the next day. Not sure if the kitchen is not kept sanitary or if the food is old or left out in the kitchen too long. Anyway, probably start going other places.
