I ordered and paid for an order of tots with fry sauce. I got half a container of cold tots and no fry sauce. The man who brought my order to my car was quite rude and condescending. I was so blown away at the horrible service and even more so with what I received.

I usually love sonic. But I went in on 7/18/25 at 6:30pm to guys were working. I ordered a #6 with fries & a med chocolate shake. The fries were cold & the sandwich was cold NO NOT EVEN FRESH!!! The shakes they had mixed it with water & was gross. Well I threw out all of it . Maybe the 2 boys thought it was funny to do that, NO IT WAS NOT & IT took 15 minutes to get that crap. Will not be back!!!!!
I CALLED & EXPLAINED EVERYTHING I SAID IN MY REVIEW. AND THEY DIDN'T CARE THAT I THREW OUT $13.25 WORTH OF GROSS FOOD. SONIC DON'T CARE WHAT HAPPENS AS LONG AS THEY GET YOUR MONEY!!!!!! DON'T GO TO ANY SONIC CAUSE THEY DON'T CARE AT ALL ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS.

I had a breakfast burrito delivered from here today.
The SuperSONIC Breakfast Burrito was like 50 percent pickled jalapenos, 25% sliced tomatoes, 15% tortilla, And 10% egg, sausage and cheese. There were no tots on the burrito, although there are supposed to be.
It was so bad I genuinely think the person that made my burrito was looking to ruin everyone's food for the day.
An exceptionally terrible experience. 👍🏻

Besides getting cold food in the daytime, list the time I eat there I've been upset with my order because it hasn't been made right. They do not investigate my claims or talk to me with manners.
Order to triple smasher it was missing most of the third Patty the two other patties were broken up it was hard to tell that was a triple.
When I brought this to their attention they would not investigate it they told me it was there so I pulled my food apart to prove to them that it was missing the Patty!
They were highly rude they would not fix the problem all they do is give me my money back. Check your food before you eat here or it may not be made right!

Today was my final straw with this sonic. This is genuinely the worst sonic in Salt Lake county. I’ve had to wait 10-45 minutes over the time the app said my order would be ready. 80% of the time my order is messed up after having to wait at least 30 minutes. Please do not waste your time going to this sonic, I promise you it’s not worth it.
