Been here twice back in 2021 and I loved their ice cream and cereal toppings. I forgot the name of the ice cream and toppings that I got but it tasted great. Will stop by again on the next visit.

The ice cream just tasted like normal jceci, nothing special or no cereal tastes. The banana didn't have much of a banana taste at all.
As first time customers I asked if we were able to taste an ice cream to make the decision of which flavor to order. The employee was pretty rude about it.

So not to cry over spilled milk or anything like that but here we go.. I live on 9th and 9th btw.
I do not believe that cereal belongs in ice cream. I’m not a fan of the texture that crunchy cereal creates while mixed in with a milkshake or ice cream cone. Corn flakes on top and inside of my fried ice cream really just ruined my $12 shake. Yeah $12 shake. The quality of the ice cream was below average and the whipped cream isn’t up to standard with the cost of the treat. With only 6 customers ahead of me, it took 20 minutes to complete my one milkshake order with 4 staff members on duty. The music was way too loud and one of the staff members was boisterously complaining about how he had to make milkshakes all day, which was slightly disheartening since I ordered a milkshake and was concerned about the quality of which he would craft my dessert. Seating is uncomfortable but not a dealbreaker. The location is incredible and I feel like this is a missed opportunity by the owner in pursuit of being “different.” W.K. Kellogg would be rolling in his grave right now.

My daughter wanted ice cream while we were at the Samoan Festival this evening so we decided to try Spilled Milk. There were two individual people ahead of us and I was shocked how slow the service was. We waited a long time to even order. Not sure what the hold up is or what needs to be done to fix it. I can’t imagine what would happen if they actually had a line of people because I was about to walk away but my daughter really wanted ice cream. Once we finally received our one single order the guy who handed us the order seemed confused if he handed us the right order. Then after I had walked away I realized that the ice cream was almost completely melted in the cone. I had to throw it away half way through because it was just liquid. Not a great experience for us and very disappointing. I don’t like when I spend my money at a business and the service and food is not exceptional. It’s way too expensive now a days for that kind of experience.

Not worth the wait. These kids move like molasses. I don’t blame them but you’re better off going to one of 4 other dessert places on the same block. It’s also super gross behind the counter ? ??‍♀️

How anyone could give this place more than 3 stars is beyond me. The 25 min wait aside, the ice cream was so flavorless. It’s a gimmicky idea and that’s it. Save yourself the guesswork and go somewhere else.

Rich creamy ice cream is what I can say. Great taste and huge quantity?just make sure your belly is ready for it . The fact that they were playing reggae music made me wanna go back?

I really enjoyed the ice cream here, however the rest was not great. I asked about an ingredient for my allergies and was told the item didn't have it. I replied yes I think it does and was told again "No it doesn't!" ... I looked it up and it does. They should know and if they don't look into it.

Then the other people (3 people, 2 separate checks) made their orders, I got mine .. They didn't. They told the workers and 2 got theirs 1 did not. Again the workers were told and the person got theirs... However they received a small and had ordered the regular size. No compensation was offered. The same worker made these two mistakes.

On top of that, I asked this worker for napkins and they were out. He said "no they're not" I said "yes you are" he checked ... And lo and behold they were out!

Oh! and the place was dirty including the tables.

I love this ice cream place! I come here every time I visit Utah and really love their cereal ice creams.

Went for the opening and the ice cream was great! Super nice friendly staff, but I was charged full price instead of their bogo deal. I would have said something when I was there but didn’t realize till I got home.
