Warning Before Booking an Event at Squatters
We reserved space at Squatters for an event and scheduled a tour months in advance. During the initial planning, everything seemed like a great fit, and we asked several questions that were answered clearly. However, we were later handed off to the marketing and events coordinator, who was not very communicative over the following months. Some information we had received initially was contradicted, which caused confusion.
On the night of the event, we were told that our “reserved” space was actually shared, and another party was happening at the same time. Their music and conversation spilled into our area, and we weren’t able to play our own music until their event ended. This was extremely frustrating and should have been communicated well before the night of the event.
The staff working that night were as helpful as they could be under the circumstances, and we appreciated their efforts, but it was clear they were put in a difficult position due to the coordinator’s lack of communication. They even mentioned this was not the first time such an issue has occurred.
I have emailed the events coordinator and received no response.

We loved it here and will be back next time we visit! Ian B. was our server and really helped out with great recommendations for the Brussels sprouts, poke bowl, and quinoa and farro salad with salmon. We also had the fish and chips and loved everything! Great menu, great beer, fun ambiance and excellent service.

The waitress was very nice, bright smile, attentive and fun. She had an unusual name that I can't remember.
The food was really good. The steak sandwich was one of the best meals since visiting the states. The fish was also said to be good.
The venue was busy and a good sign. We had a fun night here and would recommend.

Food was good, service was excellent. Dog-friendly back patio. Food was under 10 minutes from order to being brought to our table during lunch. Highly recommend!

We will be back for sure, the food was amazing. Watch out for the Roadhouse nachos it is a huge portion and is very good, we had 4 people in our party and we could have been good with just that. Our server Hazel was the best, visited the table at just the right time for refills.

Just had a spectacular meal here. Highly recommend the cheeseburger, but add the pastrami. I had a few hefeweizens and they were awesome. Priscilla was a great server. Will absolutely be recommending this spot to friends. Thank you!

I stopped in here for a late lunch. I was craving buffalo chicken anything and settled on the spicy chicken sandwich, it was awesome. IPA was great and the service was damn good. EZ 9/10.

Edited....This is the first brewery I have ever visited - and I've been to 100+ breweries - that REQUIRED you to purchase food if you wanted to buy a beer or even a flight of beers. My first thought was to just leave because I hate this policy. However, we were hungry and stayed and ate. The pizza was delicious.
Hate that I had to spend $50+ to try a beer...guess Utah isn't the place to try Craft Beer. (Thanks for the education about Utah Laws.)

What a great experience we had here for dinner. The patio seating was idyllic, even with the blustery summer wind. Everyone in our party of five really enjoyed the food, atmosphere and beer selection. But I wish I could give our server, Gretchen more than five stars. She is very personable, attentive and with a great sense of humor. Gretchen made a pleasant meal with family into a very welcoming and memorable experience.
