I had an awful morning. On my way to work I stopped through the drive thru. I had tears in my eyes. The man who helped me asked me if I was okay, I just said I was having a rough morning. He told me not to worry about paying and I hope you have a better day. It made me cry harder and realize there is still caring people out there. Thank you

Compared to other surrounding Starbucks, the coffee tasted old, as in expired. The drinks were only 65% of the normal. Staff are friendly though.

Wow. You spend $8 on a drink and it’s only 75% the way full. The service was nice, but paying so much for so little is ridiculous.

Edit: Looking closer at a lot of other reviews it appears that this is a common problem. I guess just don’t expect a full cup.

they turn away customers who walk in and you need to have a car to order - terrible service and accessibility. As a company driven by sustainability, doesn’t at all think about sustainability either, now instead of walking I have to now go get Uber to pick up a drink and drive over. Terrible

This is the best Starbucks in Utah. It’s always clean, always busy & the staff still get the drinks out correctly & quickly. Employees here are super cool. 100% recommend.

Drinks are fine but when you’re little blond haired girl answers me with an attitude the way she did (several times) I won’t be coming back. Glad to be able to lose the one coffee shop that my truck fit through in the drive thru.??

I ordered a latte with no foam and open the lid and it was an inch below the top with foam. I asked her is this supposed to be no foam and she said I don't know I didn't make it. I said I ordered it with no foam, and she said oh sorry. When you're paying $17 for three items you'd think they could get it right. You'd think they care especially since they ask for their tip first.

I went today even though that location is further away from me, because it seemed to me that they closed at 9:30pm and it was already closed at 9:10pm. There were employees inside, but the doors were already closed and they did not answer.
