This was my first time there, but I was surprised at how quickly the drink and food came out after ordering.The atmosphere created by the baristas was charming, and it was a comfortable place to be.I'm grateful to them for giving my morning a fantastic start!

I called them before going inside to see if they were open because I wasn’t sure and didn’t want to go into the cold and I watched the employee ignore the phone until I called again and the manager came over and answered the phone. It’s not that hard to answer the phone to answer a question.

Will you please tell the employees that a TRENTA Macha Green Tea Lemonade DOES come in a TRENTA size and just because the other macha drinks only come in a venti the Macha Green Tea Lemonade is on the app and avaliable in a Trenta size and it IS available in a Trenta size if its the Lemonade... because its a coin toss on if they will just give me the drink i ordered or if they will try telling me i cant get it in a trenta without even looking /trying it and fighting with me about it so i just leave without a drink... thanks

I don’t love leaving less than 5 star reviews, but honestly I am really disappointed in this location. Many times now I have ordered a coffee on the app and picked up in store on my way to class/work and my order has been incorrect. They consistently leave out the syrup that is supposed to be in the drink (I.e. not caramel brûlée syrup in my caramel brûlée latte). I think this is likely just because they are busy and trying to push drinks out quickly, but it has become a consistent occurrence that I have about a 50/50 chance my drink will be wrong if I order through the app. I haven’t had time to ask them to correct it on those days, but I am hoping that they can start to pay a little more attention when making the drinks as I have noticed more than one person has had a similar issue. I know some people are in a rush and don’t want to wait, but I would rather wait a few extra minutes than have my drink be incorrect but fast. Overall the workers there are very friendly and I love the space, I just wish my drinks would be correct more often.

I was craving something hot to drink on this rainy/snowy night and I ordered a White Chocolate Mocha and after 10 min I took my first sip… it was the worst coffee I’ve ever had. It tasted like burnt coffee sitting in a pot for 2 days mixed with butter and was really watery. The cup was a little over halfway full and I only had a sip. Where was the whipped cream? I was so disappointed because coffee is something I look forward to every day. Will never be going to Starbucks again.
Seems to me that Starbucks isn't paying their employees enough cause I've been turned away at 2 different Starbucks in the past couple weeks due to them being low on staff.

Employee “Allie” was VERY disrespectful and rude. She slammed my cake pop onto the table and was very passive aggressive the entire time. I came to starbucks hoping to relax and treat myself and she completely RUINED my experience.

This place gave me the worst Breve Latte I've ever wasted $7 on. It didn't even taste like a Breve it taste like they used milk instead of half and half but still charged me! Not to mention my cup was only half way full! Literally the worst experience from any starbucks I've ever been too! Avoid them like the plague!
