I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this location. Firstly, the people in the drive through are unfriendly like they’d rather be anywhere else. Secondly, I ordered a feta wrap and it was completely cold in the middle, which is unsafe and gross. Lastly, I came here today on 9/28 and the inside of the store was closed. As we were turned away, one of the baristas told another customer she could make his coffee and bring it out to him. In my opinion, if you’re going to give preferential treatment to some and not all maybe wait until all other customers are out of ear shot. Will not be going back here and urge other customers to go to a real coffee shop.

today I got a Starbucks refresher which I've had many and it tasted like it was made in a dirty container I could taste some other flavor in it and on top of that it tasted watered down as if the employee made it the wrong size then just poured more water in it to make it the right size this is already a watery drink so that's saying something. the experience was a one star experience for me but I've been here other times and they did good so I put 3 instead. but this place is for sure hit or miss

Sam was probably the best starbucks barista I've had and I've had a lot of coffee. She was so friendly and social which I loved and she even stayed a few minutes late to make sure our drinks were made and tasted how my boyfriend and I wanted. This girl deserves and raise and promotion!

Worst Starbucks experience ever ! I had to wait couple of minutes to get the baristas attention even when there was no one waiting,then she offered to help in a moment after that there was another person came in line after me got the service first, don't ruin your morning coffee experience at this place !!

Seems to me that Starbucks isn't paying their employees enough cause I've been turned away at 2 different Starbucks in the past couple weeks due to them being low on staff.
One of the best coffee I've had in a couple months from starbucks. Thank you! The other starbucks seem rushed and screw up everything.

I was recommended a drink that I haven’t stopped coming back for, thank you to terry (tearbear) I even went to other locations for the same drink and it was always made watered down or too much espresso. So now when I see her I’m confident and excited because coffee makes me happy if it’s made with love.
