This place charges more for items than most Starbucks, and they don’t redeem stars. Things like whipped cream that are normally included like whipped cream are often left out. Consistently frustrated when I come here.

It's Starbucks in the hospital. If you are dying and want coffee without leaving this is the place .

Worst ever Starbucks coffee I have tasted - definitely Starbucks coffee is not the best but has at least decent taste usually
Getting a response from the server as “Starbucks coffee does taste like this and this is normal actually” was even more weird ?

Most Starbucks are pretty alright. I watched the Manager continually chew on something (plastic) the entire visit. I was the only person grossed out by it. It's got clean tables and decent coffees.

This Starbucks is probably one of the busiest locations in the valley because it is located in the U of U Hospital and healthcare providers are always tired & overworked. The amount of volume and fast service this location still does is so impressive, I give props to these baristas! Literally they are keeping this hospital going and running. The drinks have always been made properly and have always been just as delicious even with how busy the baristas are. I enjoy Frappuccino's the most, especially the Mocha Cookie Crumble one, so that is my usual order. I think because of the amount of orders that come through in a day, they do not allow online orders to mess with the queue (is what I believe), which may be kind inconvenient for some, but this location is almost purely for healthcare providers, so those who NEED a coffee will come and wait in the long-looking, but actually short line. Most people that come by the Starbucks do no sit in the area, they normally take their drink and go. This is a high-volume, to-go based Starbucks, so the turn over in the area is quite a lot and so there will normally be seats available if you're looking to sit. It may look crowded, but it's just providers waiting for their drink to take back to their unit.

Super busy and very organized which is great. However, the coffee is awful. Very weak. Which is so surprising for a Starbucks. A short, 4 shot latte was also weak. How could that possibly be? Gave it a second try and it was the same. Awful. At $9 a clip, you would expect a decent latte. So disappointing and the only coffee place in the UofU Hosp

Don’t pay attention to your order. 4 shot latte in a short cup with a small amount of steamed milk. Get a tall cup with milk to the top. Can’t taste the espresso.
