I am a semi-regular customer here. The staff are really friendly and nice and always make polite small talk. Generally, I enjoy the location. However, I have a grievance. EVERY SINGLE TIME I order no whip they put the whipped cream on there anyway. I have ordered in person and ahead of time on the app. They do offer to remake it. Be aware though, the last time I said yes, all they did was scrape off top inch or so, sprinkle it with more topping and hand it back to me with the cream still mixed into the beverage and the top inch of the cup empty from the scraping. A Frappuccino with extra toppings is around $7 and each time it feels like a waste because it is not what I wanted and usually half dumped out.As I said, the staff are really friendly and nice, but if you ask for no whipped cream on your order, expect it anyway.

One of my favorite spots. They're so friendly. They are quick and accurate with orders. The only thing is, is about half of the time, they're not open AT 5:30AM like they're supposed to be.Vegetarian options: They're always happy to substitute my drinks w a non-dairy option.

Even with a line 10 people deep, I haven't had to wait for my family's order for more than five minutes. Coffee is actually hot and very well made. Food for my kiddo is made well and quickly also. Wish I could bring these guys up to Montana with me!!!! Also, very sweet and friendly staff. Love when you can see they enjoy what they do.

Month later we receive a parking ticket in the mail from our stay. Private ticketing company ticketing us while we were parked correctly in designated parking area. Quite the scam they are running. Not impressed.

Dirty & dated. For what we paid to stay here we felt ripped off. Of the 3 elevators in this hotel and only 1 worked causing long waits to get up and down including the staff with service carts and garbage. Why during the busiest week of the year hotel management thought it was a good idea to work on the elevators is beyond comprehension. The hotel was dirty. There is a Chihuly (famous glass artist) in the foyer which was so laden with dust that it was a dull gray. There is paint peeling from the ceiling and you cannot open the windows. The breakfast food was mediocre at best. All the chairs in the common areas were stained and our bathroom door was warped and would not close. The staff were friendly and helpful but overworked. We will never stay here again.

Stayed here over 25 times over last 6 years and it keeps slipping in the wrong direction. Enough is enough. Not sure if construction is for renovations but they need to be. Gone down hill fast. And now a charge for parking? Its and outside service that requires your email and phone number to sign up. Only 1 elevator is working so wait wait wait. At least the rooms are clean and comfortable but will look elsewhere going forward. Used to be our go to place but now its a go away. sad.

The hotel is fine and the staff is personable. Where we had serious issue in a they charge (not disclosed in advance) an exorbitant amount ($27) a day for parking in an open air lot that was less than 1/4 full our entire stay. We had to enter our full info - email, phone, etc. - I’m order to park. For us this didn’t make for a great guest experience.

Superb staff and rooms need updating. The staff in the bar/restaurant are top-natch and work their tails off to accommodate the customers. It seems the system for the staff is not streamed lined and they do not have enough support staff. Kudos to these folks who make the best of the situation. The food is quite good. All the staff in the hotel were excellent. The lobby was well appointed. The rooms were rundown and need some love. The concierge area is well below par, so I do not suggest paying extra for this service. The rooms are overpriced compared with their upkeep.

These ladies are awesome! I was THAT customer this morning who had no idea that they wanted. I asked for coffee that isn't too sweet, for it to be hot, and a flavored latte. They made me a 1 scoop vanilla powder latte and it was PERFECT! It was exactly what I wanted and they were extremely fast. I was even able to get to work with time to spare.

(Ambassador Elite status, lifetime Platinum, average, 200 nights a year in Marriott hotels) This hotel did not reveal construction plans when I made the reservation nor did they update me with these construction plans at any time prior to my stay. This hotel also claims to have air-conditioning. It does not have air-conditioning. A modern American major branded hotel cannot claim that a swamp fan is air-conditioning. The room was 78 to 80° the entire evening. The room is equipped with a window however, due to the construction, they have dead, bolted, and hard, screwed metal wedges into the window to prevent it from being opened essentially this traps, the occupant into a sweltering sauna. They offered me another room, but also stated that every room was the same, antiquated 1940s technology, swamp fan, air conditioning system and bolted windows, so that fresh air could not be circulated. If you need a cool room for sleeping, which most medical articles state that the standard temperature for human sleep should be around 68 to 69°, do not stay here. The thermostat is incorrect. It states 60° but there is no way this room is 60°. The thermometer on my smart watch states that it’s 78 to 80° in the room. One other note. Sat at the bar for eight minutes for dinner last night, and the bartender did not even acknowledge me with less than seven other people in the entire restaurant. Made eye contact with her three times and nothing. This is Marriott’s homebase here in Salt Lake City and this is the most embarrassing example of a Marriott Branded hotel you can imagine.
