Went through the drive-through at 9:45am and ordered 2 drinks. Both drinks came out wrong, and one was basically undrinkably bitter. The employee was extremely rude and basically tossed the drinks out the window at us and spilled one all over on my boyfriend as he attempted to take it. They weren't busy, and we were the only car in the drive-through at this time. With a coffee shop on almost every corner, you're better off driving one more block than chancing wasting your money on this one.

The final straw was today the barista at the window pretty much threw two wrong drinks at me and slammed the window behind her. There are a ton of coffee shops within 2 minutes of here, go somewhere else.

We ordered Veranda before 10 am and they gave us Pike. Not one mention about the change and one sip later, total disappointment.. Our tags said Veranda, but it definitely was not. If what was ordered is not available, let your customers know.. pretty simple. This isn't the first time this has happened at this Starbucks. If all you're looking for is profit over customer satisfaction, you succeeded.

They play latino music. The area is majority hispanic. Even if you don't understand the songs, it feels nice. It has outdoor seating which is nice. You have to come to see it.
This is the loveliest Starbucks location I have ever been to. I come quite frequently and literally everyone who works here is so kind, friendly, and fantastic. Kudos to this whole location for being just wonderful!
