The people are so nice here. A great Starbucks. The parking situation can be a little tricky, but the staff is top notch & was very kind and immediately responsive to a deaf friend of mine, & not all places of business are so great with that. They didn't miss a beat and communicated great!

I frequent this location more than I should on my way to work, but Mykah (hopefully I spelt that right) is the best. He consistently greets me by name with a genuine smile. He honestly makes my mornings better, give him a raise or something because his enthusiasm and kindness toward your customers is unmatched.

Terrible customer service. The employees working there intentionally single me out by greeting just about every customer except for me, and makes them feel welcome. But they don't say a word when I come in. This is a very clear indication that this Starbucks discriminates and I'm not one bit happy about it. Will probably not be returning to this Starbucks.

No sense of urgency at all. Mobile order took 10+ minutes for one latte and was ready after my estimated time. This would be fine/understandable if all employees were helping and they were slammed but that wasn’t the case. 3 of the 5 workers were talking and doing nothing while 1 person was making drinks. I stood there waiting with no acknowledgment either. Typically when I walk into a Starbucks I am greeted in some way or asked what I am waiting for. Do Better.

I absolutely love this starbucks, although I always get good service at every Starbucks, I get even more exceptional service at this one! Everyone at this location is so kind, especially Isabella, she's the best! & there's a guy, I think his name starts with a J, although we haven't seen him in a few weeks, but he was always so nice to us too. Me & my boyfriend come every Sunday (and whenever I get a little extra money & can splurge) and I get my caramel ribbon crunch frappe and they're always so nice here and my drink is always made perfect and delicious!!!
