This location has the slowest service and after my last experience, I’d rather drive farther out to another Starbucks than patronize this location again.
Waited a bit for someone to take my order - ok. Waited a long time for my order, saw the crew of at least five people chatting it up and taking their time. I’m usually ok with workplace fun because workplaces shouldn’t have to be a drag, but when a customer tells you they’re in a rush and it’s been past a reasonable wait for their order, and you then proceed with no sense of urgency as if to spite the customer - not ok.

i love starbucks but this one sucks, they never get more order right and they don’t answer their phones when you try to call, they gave me someone else’s order too
