I went to the Starbucks today, not the best unfortunately I got a iced chai latte that is basically milk and while I was ordering, the guy just kept telling me to keep going, and I was feeling like I was being a rushed… I’ve been to Starbucks million times I certainly know what I want. For over a year now, every time I come here, drive-through is speedy, but inside, the service is very, very slow. Today was abysmally slow. We arrived later in the afternoon and the dining area was almost vacant yet there were 4 people behind the counter, so we expected quick service. After we ordered, we noticed it was basically only one person making drinks and the other three workers were doing other tasks. The one person making drinks was as busy as could be. We watched as he made drink after drink, all for the drive-through customers. I think we waited a total of 36 minutes for our two iced matchas that took two minutes to make. He never even started ours until there was not a single order to be made but ours. We were utterly exhausted from the wait, we stood there watching but perpetually getting ignored. Like I said, this is an ongoing problem of dine-in customers being made to wait longer than drive-through, but today left us feeling highly exasperated, especially because 4 pairs of eyes kept seeing us waiting, but stayed busy at other tasks. And only when there was nobody inside or outside the store, that moment was when there was finally time to finally start our order. I think this is a management problem, I am sure that workers are instructed to prioritize drive-through.
We are nothing but patient and polite customers, we always tip, we go out of our way to treat workers with respect… but it’s left us feeling like the reason we were so neglected was management priorities and if we do return it will only be at the drive-through.

They actually got my drink size right this time and the drink was hot unlike last time when the coffee was Luke warm and they gave me a medium when I ordered and paid for a large.

Went to get a coffee and went inside opposed to the drive through cause I needed to use the rest room real quick (about to pee my pants). Of course they wouldn't let me use the rest room unless I first purchased something...come on....give me a damn second! I will never be back to this location!

The place is nice and clean but…I am sorry to say this but they saw me in a really rude way because my baby was crying. I really felt uncomfortable with the faces from the worker. I was trying to calm my son but still their pressure and staring didn’t help a lot. They should hire more variety of people because the woke-people are not really tolerant with children

Why the tip culture shaming at this location??? Went through the drive-thru and purchased a short drip coffee for $2. Watched the guy at the window be super nice to the lady in front of me and said thank you with a smile. When I got up there I passed on the tip and paid but then got a dirty look and no thank you like the lady in front of me. It got me thinking; so we get treated differently for not tipping? Even on a $2 cup of coffee? Starbucks do better and train your people!

Appalling. The person who served me was already on my way out and there were no desserts at all at the dessert and food bar. At 8pm and there was nothing. I don't recommend it. There was pure coffee.

We have a Men's group that meets there weekly, and we love that they let us meet there and give us the best courtesy you could imagine. We thank Starbucks for letting us meet there, and discuss about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Again, Thank you.

The person that attended us Sunday August 18th at 3:45 pm was extremely rude to my father, a senior citizen, because he does not speak perfect English. He was rude about repeating the bathroom code and gave us the wrong order. When my father tried to ask about it he ignored him and was once again rude. I will never be going back and will be filing a formal complaint.
