Starbucks

We had to call them and have them turn the water back on constantly, then the shower was a trickle at best. To the point where several of us were late for an event because we could not take showers. Something bit me three times in the bed (I have pictures) and then they told half of our crew they were gonna move them to a different floor in the middle of our stay to accommodate a basketball team. I thought that was really rude, like we were less important. And that's by far the most uncomfortable bed i've ever slept in. The whole event can't wait to go home. $715 for a miserable stay.

I am just completely flabbergasted as to how my order of a trenta dragon fruit drink, no ice with non dairy cold foam was handed to me as some sort coffee. I watched you make it and somehow you still didn’t even think twice about what you hand to me. There were 2-3 employees working there and you were not very busy while I waited for my trenta dragon fruit drink, no ice with non dairy cold foam. Again, I am significantly disappointed with the service today and have thrown away the coffee. What a waist.

Paid $13 tall dirty chai with oatmilk an iced lemon loaf. I received a steamed milk. Waste of money due to poor listening.

Wow, it’s my first time . It’s cozy but they don’t have WiFi so you can’t use ur computer go to the next one ?. But the drink was perfectly made not like the other ones with rush hours.

Great out of the way Starbucks located on the south west corner of the block just inside the Marriott lobby. Large open lobby of Starbucks. The attentive staff always makes me feel welcome every time I come in. My order was correct and delicious. Great job team! Parking in city creek parking is available and the first two hours are free.

Parking: Parking at city creek parking is free for the first two hours and access is easy. The parking lot gate scans your ticket and if less than two hours the gate come up. If you have been there longer than two hours just use your visa it is really easy to use.

Wheelchair accessibility: Access through the front door of the Marriott hotel. The lobby is all one level with elevators to other floors and to city creek shopping,parking lot.
