Order was ready in an accepatvle amount of time. No drizzle on top of the whip cream on my java chip fram. Disnt call me my name when they put my drink on the counter. But it was slightly busy see picture.

Second time in a row in three weeks. Three employees standing around talking. Nobody else waiting, somehow they forget about the order and however comes after me still gets their order before I do.

They knowingly or unknowingly overcharge. Don't trust the counter agents. Only order on your phone or go somewhere else. Training is needed for the crew

Extremely rude service. I am disabled. I ordered a decaf almond milk latte from my wheel chair. I was ignored and laughed at when trying to order and was given a latte with cow milk and caffeine. I answered a short survey and was called. The "manager" said he viewed the incident and apologized. He asked me to send a pic of my receipt and he would refund me that day. That was on August 7th, it is now August 30th I never received a refund. I have called them over 11 times, left multiple messages, and have not heard back. SHAME ON YOU STARBUCKS! FOR TREATING ANY CUSTOMER THE WAY YOU DID WITH ME, ESPECIALLY WHEN SOMEONE IS IN A WHEELCHAIR WHO IS OBVIOUSLY DISABLED.

Wheelchair accessibility: Couldn't tell which way to go to get in line. Many things in way of the view of the employees.

Staff was helpful and kind. However, I asked for an espresso and the solo they gave me was tasting like heated cold brew…very disappointed! I hope it’s just an issue with the staff during this shift…

What I ordered: grande iced Carmel macchiato with lite ice and extra caramel
What I received: grande caramel macchiato with 5 ice cubes and less than standard amount of caramel
I tried to correct it, and got my drink back with an entire inch of caramel. I asked for a straw and was given a boba straw that is unusable with the lid for this drink. And by the time I walked to my gate, the ice was gone, and the drink was tepid.
I have worked at Starbucks before. Across from a highschool and in a shopping center. It was exceedingly busy for most parts of the day. But getting a chance to fix an error and not receive a poor review is an opportunity that should be taken. Disappointed I paid nearly $7 for a drink that is gross and luke warm.

Don't come here if you are cutting it close. Lots of employees, but most doing nothing and not even trying to look busy. I believe the manager was there, seems lost. I ordered a drip coffee only and people who came after me got specialty drinks and food first. I had to ask for my coffee again. The guy at the register has no reason to leave his station since there are SO MANY employees there, but he would wander off leaving a long line and gab with others. It was laughable. When I tried to tell them the half and half carafe was empty they literally pretended not to hear or see me right in front of them. There was a tall young lady with long hair who got it filled after I raised my voice. Others were USELESS.
