Slow. About 8 workers. Still slow. Then they made my simple order wrong. Again.3 espresso, 2 honey, 1" steamed cream. Not difficult.Then you wait to get their attention. And it's busy because they are SLOW at their job.

I travel a lot!!! I love the Starbucks at this airport over any other airport Starbucks!!! They are so kind don’t rush you when ordering they don’t make you feel like you’re bothering them they greet you and they talk to you the orders always right and it’s very fast and efficient. I love this Starbucks 10 out of 10 best experience. Any Starbucks I have ever had I always try to fly through this airport because of it.

I never imagined the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my life.. (I drink Starbucks every single day) ..would be located in an airport. The staff was pleasant & friendly but that doesn’t do much good if I’m stressed out because I almost miss my flight due waiting 40 minutes for 2 coffees. The line was not long, just unfathomably slow. The staff works leisurely & slow like it’s inside a Barnes & Noble. Ridiculous.

Tegen beter weten in hier koffie gehaald. Op het bord staat alleen Americano Grande. Ik bestel 2 Americano. Het meisje dat de order opneemt vraagt nog welke maat, waarop ik medium zeg. Na het afrekenen valt mij pas op dat ze de prijs van een Grande heeft berekend. Als ik daarover verhaal ga halen, liegt zij, door te zeggen dat ik niet om medium heb gevraagd.Dit riekt naar oplichterij.Daar komt nog bij dat de koffie mega slap is en veel te veel, zodat de helft wordt weggooit. Bij F&E er recht tegenover is een Americano slechts $2,50

Just waited in a long line here to order Chai Tea Latte at 0510 and they were OUT!!!! No comp of anything else, no I’m sorry just the direction of another Starbucks to wait in line again-NO THANKS!! No notice of outrage, no offer of any compensation. No sorry! PATHETIC!! Left with nothing but a resolve not to return!!

I’ve been to this Starbucks 3-4 times now and have not found reason to rate this location less than 5 stars. Maddie in particular rang me up most recently and was very friendly - made my airport experience more pleasant. 5 stars to this Starbucks!

Horrible staff treatment. I absolutely do not support company’s that bring down their own employees establishments like these need to be stopped. Also my mocha cookie crumble lacked crumbs.

Paid for a drink stood and waited for 20 minutes while approximately 20 people behind me were served I asked for my drink after mumbling and stumbling around they couldn’t seem to find my order and by then my flight was leaving so I left without my drinkTerrible service they couldn’t care less about the customer.

Incredibly slow service. Waited 45 minutes for a mocha and cheese danish. Was busy, but not 45 minutes busy. There are others throughout the airport, but avoid the one by the security entrance/exit if you can.

Don’t bother ordering what you want because they will make whatever they want to make for you. When you finally get someone’s attention (they all ignore customers) to question what you are giving they respond with “oh, you wanted it that way?!?” (The way it’s supposed to be made) Still not even sure what they gave me, they need DutchBros here.

I ordered an Iced chai with cold cream foam and within 2-3 hrs had severe abdomen pain, vomiting and couldn't hold anything in having to stay in the restroom. I had fevers and other symptoms over the next 5 days. On day 4 I was admitted for food poisoning and dehydration. I ate or drank nothing else this day, and am 100% sure it came from this location. Not sure if employees are washing their hands but this being an international airport.. really big deal to ensure cleanliness.
