Terrible service at this location.
The manager in charge had zero desire to help making the situation worse. Very low energy in this store. They never acknowledge when you walk into the store. Just a horrible experience every time in this location.

Horrible service, the people who are working lack a lot of education. After we were waiting for the order, my daughters and I needed the bathroom and the worker with pink hair did not want to, she simply preferred to let us cancel the order because she did not lend us the bathroom. She said it was not working and a few minutes ago my husband had used it. Terrible service.

I went through the drive through and ordered a London fog and the potato chive bites. When ordering I asked for the potato bites and the person taking my order was very rude and dismissive. She told me not to order it that way in the future because it’s confusing and I’ll end up with two orders not one. I brushed it off and kept ordering. I decided to get a large iced London fog and she told me if anyone else comes in the drive through that I’ll have to drive all the way around the block to come back inside to get my drink. Keep in mind the store was not busy at all. Why even have a drive through if I just have to come back through? I literally went round the block and my drink was already done and waiting for me. Why not just have me wait one more minute to get it through the drive through. Y’all need to be better to your employees so you have people working who aren’t extremely rude to the paying customers. Never coming back.

The staff picketing during a recent union strike rudely told me to leave the store upon arriving. Also, I had to get a refund from Starbucks corporate for a drink that was made differently than ordered and the barista would not correct the order.

It's a mixed bag in here with the atmosphere. Can clearly see the deranged democrats working in here. She just literally threw my bag of food on the counter walked away. So friendly.

Very unprofessional and we waited and waited for our drinks,but they where too busy talking on there headsets to help us at all..my partner went up and ask how much longer on our order and the guy was very rude to help him fully..finally got a refund and will call management and report, back t also would never go back .

I have used this spot for coffee as it is on my way to/from the pharmacy. The last 4 coffees have been watery. No coffee flavor, no"caramel" flavor. For $8, really disappointing. Btw, I support desire to unionize but at least make a decent coffee.

I have been to this location multiple times this week and it has been closed between 15-45 minutes early each time. Tonight I pulled up to the drive thru & was told they were closing early bc they were short staffed, then I had to sit in the drive thru behind 3 cars that all got their orders, the car in front of me just ordered! then they locked the window as I pulled up and everyone hid from me. I was there well before closing, this is extremely frustrating.
