Very unprofessional and we waited and waited for our drinks,but they where too busy talking on there headsets to help us at all..my partner went up and ask how much longer on our order and the guy was very rude to help him fully..finally got a refund and will call management and report, back t also would never go back .

I have used this spot for coffee as it is on my way to/from the pharmacy. The last 4 coffees have been watery. No coffee flavor, no"caramel" flavor. For $8, really disappointing. Btw, I support desire to unionize but at least make a decent coffee.

I have been to this location multiple times this week and it has been closed between 15-45 minutes early each time. Tonight I pulled up to the drive thru & was told they were closing early bc they were short staffed, then I had to sit in the drive thru behind 3 cars that all got their orders, the car in front of me just ordered! then they locked the window as I pulled up and everyone hid from me. I was there well before closing, this is extremely frustrating.

I was in the drive through and the person taking my order was very dismissive and rude. Once I was up to the window the employee wearing a knitted chicken beanie and colored hair was eating while talking to me and had food in their mouth and was falling out on the ground while talking. I asked about things pertaining to allergies and they were blatantly annoyed and just didn’t care. Overall it was not a good experience.

Inconsistent when it come to Cold brew, sometimes they are just right amount of cream and sometimes they just put too much cream in it, and recently they have been out of Cold brew at around 2PM…. Staffs claimed machine to make cold brew is broken.

This Starbucks is absolutely marvelous. There are ultra friendly attentive baristas service fast places clean drinks are great food is always fresh. Anderson conveniently located spot basically between the university and downtown SLC. I've been going to Starbucks since 1996. I definitely dig reviewing Starbucks across the country. I'm currently on my way to Seattle to go to the very first Starbucks at Pike place. In any case this particular SLC Starbucks comes highly recommended when in the area. Have wonderful and pleasant day.
