Staff very slow because dont know how to work multiple orders quickly. Need better training. Obviously not their fault because they all worked same slow manner.

Ordering a venti drink without ice will yield a cup that is 2/3 full of product, literally, as the staff served it like this thinking that this was ideal. Also, there is no seating area and it took unusually long to get my order despite being the only customer at this location at the time I had placed my order. Really bad.

Alexa cashier very rude and short with guests. Store was out of hot grande cups so Everytime some one would order a grande drink she would cut them off mid sentence and say you can't have that. Manager came out from behind to help but guest already started leaving. Very bad service and real embarrassing communication coming from team members. I ordered a grande macha frap which she could not find on her screen so she sent the order as a mocha frap. Manager already dealing with family who got the wrong drinks and I couldn't wait longer to get my drink corrected don't recommend this target Starbucks !!

I went in with my husband at 7:40, and th barista told us they were closed. The posted hours are until 8pm but we were refused service. There were actually people in line ahead of us too that were able to order. Absolutely atrocious service!
