Shonda or the girl with the tattoo heart on her face needs to go back and learn some customer service. Giving me attitude and making me feel I was disrupting her and her co-worker’s conversation. Giving me attitude for not saying my drink was a “latte” and giving me attitude saying, “would you listen to what I’m telling you.” Like girl go work at Amazon or something with that crap. The morning girls are way better and helpful!

Way over priced didn’t fill drinks full. Cake pops so costly. Gotta let kids enjoy but would not choose without kids present. Staff over worked. Not enjoying job. But they were doing a great job keeping it together kudos to them

I was at front of the line for about 30 minutes. Person took ver long time and in the end gave me the wrong thing. Im now late to class and got given something that I literally can’t eat.

The lady was very nice and even gave us tiny samplers to help my friend decide what she wanted. Very tasty and quick service

People behind the counter are great ?! I have to say that they are ALWAYS ?, really!! I don't think these two have EVER had a bad day ?. To be honest, I don't really go for the coffee ☕...Now, if they would be somewhere other than (the most UNLIKEABLE Smith's Food!!) maybe I would stop making my own coffee.
