Went there today to use my Starbucks gift card. An employee didn't have information about Starbucks gift-cards yet she had a ridiculing manner. The coffee I got had a bad milk in it and made my stomach bad. Don't go to Campus Store, rather go to the coffee-shop at Marriot Library.

Lost order, system crashed and they did not let those waiting know for 15 min. After the orders were retake. It was an overall 30 min wait. Employees did well but it was very poor communication.

If you want absolutely legendary customer service, ask for Sierra or Annie! They are always super kind and are more like friends than just my local baristas. 10/10 would recommend!
Had a really nice experience here. The employee was super nice . The ambiance was great and a very tidy lobby. Thier prices were ok. It is located in The UTA Bookstore. I will definitely be back.

I am from California and I went to this campus store Starbucks today. The young college students working were so friendly and kind and they made my drink perfectly. Sometimes Starbucks is a hit or miss, but it seemed like all of the workers were happy to be there and got me in and out quick. Lots of smiles and good coffee today!
