Don't order online. They seem to only have one worker at a time who only works on online orders if the store is otherwise empty. I'm used to the idea that you can place an order and then come pick it up without waiting a long time. I've waited longer since getting here than if i didn't place my order until i got here.

I had an awesome experience at this Subway! Mykol and Jared were both incredibly friendly and made my whole visit way better than I expected. The place was clean, the ingredients were fresh, and the service was top-tier. Definitely one of the best Subway visits I’ve had!

This review is for Savannah. She was incredible and funny and she made my trip enjoyable. I have never had such fun ordering a sandwich. I didn’t love that there were two radio stations playing and she did need some help because she is only one person, but she did such a good job and I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Other than subway just generally being overpriced for the quality, the service and atmosphere was great. We were from out of town, staff was very talkative and answered questions and shared imformation about the area with us.

The gentleman who was working today (7/8/25) was very kind and polite, but the veggies were not fresh and I’m afraid the rotisserie chicken wasn’t fresh either. I had to pick most of it off my sandwich. :(

I come almost every Sunday to order from the two gentlemen that I would consider sandwich gods. They care about their work, they take pride in serving their community, but most of all, they are so friendly and provide the best subway experience you could ever get. Those 2 gentlemen are the highlight of my Sunday lunch and I will continue to come every Sunday to get the best sandwich from the best sandwich artists here in SLC.
