Other than subway just generally being overpriced for the quality, the service and atmosphere was great. We were from out of town, staff was very talkative and answered questions and shared imformation about the area with us.

The gentleman who was working today (7/8/25) was very kind and polite, but the veggies were not fresh and I’m afraid the rotisserie chicken wasn’t fresh either. I had to pick most of it off my sandwich. :(

I come almost every Sunday to order from the two gentlemen that I would consider sandwich gods. They care about their work, they take pride in serving their community, but most of all, they are so friendly and provide the best subway experience you could ever get. Those 2 gentlemen are the highlight of my Sunday lunch and I will continue to come every Sunday to get the best sandwich from the best sandwich artists here in SLC.

I placed an online order an hour in advance only for the employee to let me know it wasnt quite ready. That would've been fine if it was in the process, but it had not even been started. Instead of prioritizing and order that came in before the guests in the shop. She finished the line and had me wait my entire lunch break (~20 min) for my order that shouldve been ready

Came in to order. Placed my order about 20.00. I only had a 50.00. Went to pay and that's when they chose to tell me that they cannot accept my money. I understand there are dishonest people. However no sign. No notice. I would not have wasted my time. Won't came back. I came about once a week as I work down the street. I'll go to Jimmy John's

The cookies are always stale. I went on two separate occasions and the cookies I ordered was hard as rock where even when re baking it, nothing changed. I once even asked if the cookies were fresh and told yes but again the cookies were hard and stale so he straight up lied.

Had lunch here with my wife the other day. It was clean and comfortable inside and the workers were very friendly. The sandwich I ordered through the app was prepared well and accurately. A great experience overall!
