Love subway, eat it at least 4 times a week, but this location is awful! Seriously, avoid it at all costs. The bread is stale half the time, they always seem to be out of olives and the service is subpar. There's a better subway 1.5 miles south of this location. Go there.

We were very happy with our experience here at this Subway. The young woman, Nataly, was great and very quick with the food. She knew what she was doing and helped us right away. She was also very patient and kind. This location is a bit hard to turn into but it was clean and friendly.
This subway is the worse. Please don’t go there. We ordered food and then their machine wasn’t working and they told us that we had to go and the problem wasn’t ours. If you know your machine is not working, then don’t open the damn store..

After completely getting ignored without any reason on 4161 S Redwood Road subway store, I came here for the sandwich. And really felt good about coming here. They greeted me well, and made my sandwich as I wanted. Thank you. From now on this will be my favorite store.

Stale Bread and Hard as a rock pretzel. I wouldn't even give this to the homeless. Shame on your workers here!

The bread was so old and hard that the crust would break apart by slightly squeezing the sandwich together. I ordered 3 sandwiches for take out and my kids and I couldn't eat it due to the old, stale, hard bread. I ended up getting pizza instead.
