Stale tasting bread every time, the bread fell apart on us, 1 Footlong totally made wrong, ordered Chips, totally got something else. Thought I’d give this location another chance, but I’ll keep going on down the road to another location - we had to toss away the sandwiches, it was so icky

This location is horrible and should be closed due to general lack of care for the product you serve! The Bread is so stale. When was it made 2 weeks ago! What a waste of money. And this is not the first time, last time I got a steak sandwich and did not want it toasted but she didn’t even heat the meat she just gave it to me cold. To overpriced to be this horrible.

There was some shady character sitting in the corner. I got the vibe of a jealous boyfriend as I approached the counter and he puffs up. I got the food I ordered on line and felt like I was forced to tip.
I paid for extra meat on mine and there was almost none. The toppings I ordered were less than I have ever been anywhere.
Bread was either old, burnt, or stale. Maybe all of the above.
