The man at the counter was not nice. He ignored me and didn’t acknowledge i was there. When i finally got my sandwich it was full of onions and i asked for no onions. Disappointing.

I asked for a wrap, and the guy made me something in between a flat bread and a wrap. It was his first day, so it wasn't really his fault. But the guy training him didn't even care to check on him and guide him throughout the order. He is the one to blame. I didn't make a big deal about it because the guy did his best.

I just enjoyed a delicious teriyaki chicken at Subway and every time I go I am served by an excellent worker. I always see him working hard and always happy. He told me his name is Enrique. He is very fast at making sandwiches. He never disappoints me when I go because I have a 30-minute break and he serves me very quickly and that's why I give him 5 stars. Thank you Enrique for your effort.

Every other employee was great, but witnessed a male employee at the front answer his phone, stand talking on his phone at the front, and then go back to making sandwiches without changing his gloves. Also ridiculous that at a SUBWAY I can’t put what I WANT on the nachos. I’m paying so who cares?

The only thing fresh today was the bag of chips. My bread was hard and so were the cookies. Also the app selection doesn’t match what they have in store. They don’t have the pretzels and received hard cookies instead.

this subway makes the sandwiches very sloppily, and the vibe is one that makes you feel rushed and pushed through the line. (and I am one to order pretty quick) I will go somewhere else next time
They cancelled my delivery order I made through their website while I was waiting for my food and have not refunded me it's been weeks now and I keep getting different answers from a manager about my refund. When I call the store nobody answers the phone. When I've been there in person before the employees were rude about. Everything and gave me the wrong bread I hadn't noticed until I got my food I didn't say anything because I figured they were busy
