Hours on Google and the front door say close at 9 walked in 10 mins before that (I know it sucks but I just got off worked and rushed over to get dinner) and they refused to serve us

I ordered (online) pretty much every vegetable on my sandwich except jalapenos. When I got home to eat my sandwich, it was missing almost every vegetable, but they decided to add jalapenos. I double checked the receipt to make sure I had entered it in correctly and they had just made the sandwich completely wrong. Don't even bother coming here. How hard is it to make a sandwich correctly?

Stopped by for lunch on a Friday and within 24 hours of eating there I got the worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever had. It lasted through a better part of the next week and I had to take off work because of it. It’s hard to say if it was the sauces, the chicken, or the salad I had on my sandwich but whatever it was it wrecked me. If you enjoy food poisoning then this is your place. I also called to explain what happened to the manager so they could remind the employees of proper hand washing and maintaining food temps to prevent this but she didn’t speak any English so it was a pointless phone call. It was such a stressful situation that I don’t think I’ll ever eat at any subway location ever again.

First off, I promise I’m not a Karen, I never write reviews, but holy CRAP I have NEVER experienced worse customer service in my entire life!! And I worked in food/customer service for 5 years, opened 5 different stores of a franchise. If these employees were mine, one would be fired and the other talked to. First off, right when we walked in the door they were rushing us. There was no line, they weren’t working on any orders. They didn’t give us even a second to think about what we wanted to order. Once I said what I wanted he rushed me to the register and had me pay before even getting any toppings. When I did get to the veggies and sauce part, I asked for a bunch of veggies and mayo/mustard. He put it on (mayo was out and I got a few airy squirts of mayo).Then Asked if I wanted the Baja chipotle sauce. I did not say I wanted it and he started putting it on my sandwich. I asked to take it off and add more mayo. Instead he added more mustard and took a tiny bit of the Baja off after I asked again to take it off. but there was still a lot.Then the young short girl (employer can hopefully identify employee, this happened 5/9 at around 12:45) came over and said we can start over, but I was on my lunch and had to hurry so I asked to just take some of the extra mustard off, she took most of the meat and all of the veggies off then tried to wrap the sandwich. I said wait, there’s no veggies anymore, add them back. The employee gave me attitude and said “well I asked if you wanted to start over” in a snappy attitude. And I said I wanted the veggies back on it. She responded with “well I have other customers” at this point one customer walked in and was being helped too. The other customer seemed taken aback by that employees attitude too. I told her she needs to pay attention to all customers, including the one you’re “helping” right now-me. I got more snappy attitude. I left with barely any meat or veggies, I paid for avocado which was scraped off but I did not feel comfortable asking for it or the rest of the items that were taken off (I paid for extra meat and avo). If the guy employee didn’t charge me before actually making my sandwich I would have just left and not paid for anything. I will never be returning to this store. I was appalled by the employees behavior. I have never had to argue with an employee of a food establishment before.

I ordered an Italian B.M.T., picked it up from the restaurant and when I got home and unwrapped it I saw there was no meat on the sandwich. I went back to the restaurant and they offered to make me a new one, however I thought they would at least comp the sandwich. It took me away from work to drive back to get a new one and I expected more from their customer service.

The lady working here couldn't figure out how to run our gift card. She didn't speak any English. Single staff running the entire store. Lines lasting 15+ minutes. Bathrooms locked.

My only complaint is with the price. $13.50 for a footlong meal? Please don't think you can get away with charging anything close to what Jersey Mike's charges. Your sandwiches are not even close to being in a similar tier of quality. For this kind of quality, I'm not about to pay more than 10 bucks.
