I ordered an Italian B.M.T., picked it up from the restaurant and when I got home and unwrapped it I saw there was no meat on the sandwich. I went back to the restaurant and they offered to make me a new one, however I thought they would at least comp the sandwich. It took me away from work to drive back to get a new one and I expected more from their customer service.

My only complaint is with the price. $13.50 for a footlong meal? Please don't think you can get away with charging anything close to what Jersey Mike's charges. Your sandwiches are not even close to being in a similar tier of quality. For this kind of quality, I'm not about to pay more than 10 bucks.

This Subway SUCKS. I placed an order online and even called them and told them when I was going to be there to get it. He said on the phone that there were 3 people in line ahead of me. We got there, and 2 extra people had entered the line. He did all those people before getting to our online order due out at 2:40pm. It is Thursday January 19 at 2:57PM now and still don't have our sandwiches. He just served everyone that walked in first even though they got in after 2:40. There is a reason people place online orders. My son had a meeting at TWO THIRTY and I have work. Hate this store, hate it. Never coming here again, ever.
