I was trying to use the $6.99 coupon on the app.. and the person at the register said that it just “wasn’t working” and wouldn’t honor the coupon. Coupon is advertised on the app and online…. She had already made the sandwich and so I had to pay full price.

The two ladies at the 11 pm night shift were very rude. I asked for a wrap and got a flat bread instead. I asked about a special chicken salad they had advertised and told me very rudely to look up at the menu for a description. Wich would have if I wasn’t because I have bad vision. They were to busy conversating instead of providing the best customer service Wich is essential for a bussiness to succeed!

I’ve always loved Subway; their food is delicious and has been one of my favorite options. However, my experience at this location was disappointing. The person who served me was very rude from the beginning and didn’t even let me take a moment to decide what I wanted to order.

On top of that, they seemed annoyed because I ordered several different sandwiches, which made me feel uncomfortable and rushed. I believe customer service is an essential part of the experience, and unfortunately, it was lacking in this case. I hope they can improve in this area because the food quality is still good, but it’s not enough if the customer service isn’t up to standard.

Ordered on the app for pickup, unfortunately none of the sandwiches were toasted like I had ordered and I received the wrong cookies. There was no communication whatsoever about that, but I didn’t notice until I got home and looked at the order.

Robert and Sophia are absolutely amazing people. The sandwiches they make for me was superb. I had a turkey sandwich a few times and it’s just amazing. Sophia is on point and is very helpful. Robert has mad me sandwiches also and does a fantastic job. I’m so glad they are 24 hours before Covid they closed at midnight or earlier it was a bummer it’s kind of nice when u can be open for customers so that they can get late night meals. So convenient that I will be coming here for years to come I won’t go to the one in my location they close way to early. This one is super chill nice and very friendly. Thank u for making this a pleasant experience. Much thanks they deserve some raises for sure keep that in mind also Jesus is super nice and very friendly always on point with making my sandwiches he does very well he deserves a raise also I would like to mention Christy she is absolutely amazing speaks very good Spanish I try and speak to her because she speaks very little so I try and translate or speak the language she speaks she does phenomenal and i love coming here she deserves a raise also so grateful for this subway for how hard they work they do a great job thank u again for everything god bless

Terrible place, very bad service from the person... there is a lady on the night shift who is terrible, I had an emergency and I asked to borrow the bathroom... the very kind guy made me come in but the lady made me a problem and said that they were not going to let me in or use the bathroom again.

The woman at the store worked night shift and was so pleasant and happy to talk to. I went to the subway in Nephi and I should have left without getting a sandwich. The worker was so rude and not welcoming. This one in slc was clean and organized. She made it so I will be back at this location again.

I am incredibly unhappy with my service here tonight. I ordered online and when I was brought my food it was just a sandwich. I ordered it in a meal with chips and a drink and a churro as well. I was informed by the driver that the only thing they had ready to pick up was my sandwich in a bag and that there was nothing else with my order upon pick up. I called the number provided for this location and was faced with a rude person on the other line, a man who hardly spoke English asking me who I was and why I was calling. Either update your number or if it was someone from your store the person was very unprofessional and rude.

I placed a mobile order on the app and arrived at the store only to be told they didn't receive my order. I showed the person at the counter my order number and that it showed it was ready on the app. She said there was nothing she could do and to request a refund via the app. There is no possible way to request a refund on the app. She told me to talk to the supervisor the next day. I called and asked the person at the store how to go about getting a refund for an order placed but not received by me. They told me they don't do refunds. I will not visit that store ever again because even though it may look like my order went through and money was taken from my bank account I never received the meal purchased. I encourage all to beware when there is a malfunction on their side, you will not receive your order or even be refunded.

Don’t eat here. They sell old hard bread, and when you ask them to remake it they get disrespectful, and yell at you, and tell you to eat else where if you don’t like hard bread. Staff is unprofessional, and management doesn’t do anything about selling expired food.
