Google and their Subway hours say they open at 9am and they have a paper in the door handwritten with their own schedule¿?. Went at 10, the guy opening didn't arrived until 10.10am, I ordered in the app and another customer walks in and start talking with the employee and he started making his order, when I placed mine way before. The oven wasn't working so he offered to reheat the sandwich in the microwave, the ice machine also wasn't working. The sandwich was mid, I had better in others locations.

Absolutely ridiculous. The kids working were severely undertrained and overwhelmed. Nice but didnt know what they were doing. The ice machine was broken and the soda was warm. When requested a refund for a very poorly made sandwich they had to call a manager and have them explain how to do it. This is just insane to me.

This is by far the best Subway location in Utah! They have the best most friendly customer service I have seen. They immediately greeted me upon entering, kindly asked what I would like and made friendly conversation throughout the interaction. The lobby is very clean, great selection of chips and cookies!! If you want Subway I highly recommend the 221 south 1300 east location 5/5!

The place looks rundown. They need to be upgraded and make it more modern more appetizing given atmosphere that you want to go and sit at eat there.

The Subway has gone Downhill.The worst service I've ever had,I was told no everything I asked for ,got attitude for asking for ice.Pay $15 for a sandwich and they tell you, you can have five olives no extra mayo, Short older spanish lady was rude Then the two customers behind me got whatever they'd ask for.
