The sandwich is fine. Tastes like any other subway sandwich. Ya know that the smell of the restaurant and the bread smells the same? Regardless of the location you walk into anywhere? That’s what my subway cookie tasted like: like the restaurant. I seriously thought I was biting into the actual restaurant building. Or one of their loaves of bread. The cookie tastes 0% like a cookie and 25% like their bread and 75% like the bricks and flooring and counter space that makes up the restaurant. If I was blindfolded and you gave me a subway cookie, I would have no idea what I was eating. Yes, they have chocolate chips but my taste buds couldn’t identify them at all. Stick to sandwiches! Don’t pretend you sell chocolate chip cookies! They taste more like yoga mats in the shape of a cookie.

It’s a nice clean shop but my sandwich was completely messed up. They cut it all the way through and it completely disintegrated, almost looking like a bizarre salad.

Snyde remarks at the cash register when changing my mind and sloppy sandwich making, wouldn't even fold the sandwich before cutting it and just threw it in a bag... wasn't even busy there.

Do not eat here, a guy was sweeping and picking up trash and did not bother to wash their hands. When putting on the gloves they proceeded with touching the entire outside part of the glove while picking the wrapping for the sandwich. Not hygienic at all.

I usually love subway. This time however I made my sandwich and then paid 20$ for my food. They put it in the bag and say there is a mix up and give me another sandwich... which I saw them open and it looked like mine. I took it home and it is a completely different sandwich with ingredients I am allergic too. I live 15min away and have work so I can't comeback to get a refund and I am out of any food till 530pm. This completely ruined my day and it sucks even more I cant get compensation for a 20$ sandwich.

The old guy working Monday August 28 around 5pm with the white beard is horrible at making sandwiches. He was so sloppy and didn’t even try to keep the veggies in the sandwich. He just tossed them on without looking with almost all of it falling out and he just rolled them over the sandwich. My jaw dropped at how little he cared. Never going back if he is making my sandwich.
