Multiple times now we've gone and orded their 7 or 10 dollar box. I never get the sauce I ask for. This last time my mom went about 30 minutes ago to get us food. We live a couple minutes away. By the time she got home both tacos were so soggy it was disgusting, and they gave us 4 packets of mild sauce when she asked them for extra hot sauce. Idk whats wrong with this location but a regional manager needs to step in and do something about it!

i’ve never been so sad at a taco bell before. i ordered the cheesy steak street chalupas and it was not just steak in it there was brisket.. what even on the menu has brisket in it?? the workers were nice and idk who made my food but i was very disappointed that it had brisket. The steak was barely there :(
This Taco Bell WILL charge you for things you do not want! The manager just told me that if I don't want to be charged for things I didn't order, I need to specify, Which makes no sense

I understand it's salt lake but this is the second time I've seen rats at this taco bell. The first time I told the lady at the drive thru window and the second time I backed out and drove away. I don't see any traps around the building and if they are brazen enough to run around right infront of customers, God only knows where they are inside. The health department needs to look into this place

The food came out with a woman's hair inside my burrito. They didn't want to give me my full money back. They only gave me $7 in cash and I paid more for my food. Bad service and poor hygiene on the part of the waiters ( 1:26 pm when I was there )
