They consistently forget sauces reward redeems and just random shit in your order it’s so annoying it’s not bad for like speed and food when they actually include the full order.

I took an Uber 10 minutes out of my way on my way home because this is the closest Taco Bell to my house. I ordered six crunchy tacos. Extra beef crunchwrap supreme extra cheese. Forgot my six tacos. Not extra beef and I never got my crunchwrap supreme. Worst of all my Uber driver kicked me out of the car because the car because the supreme was for him now I'm piss drunk with six tacos and no way home updated situation I in fact found the crunchwrap supreme at the bottom of the bag. It turns out the Uber driver was just a dick

Very good food, and a good deal. Delicious, hot and fresh. Got the $7.00 Luxe meal that had chips and queso, and 3 different types of tacos and burritos, and a drink. Staff was very friendly. Restrooms were very clean.

The day shift manager was very rude to me when I asked one of their employees to switch chips for nacho fries, and she responded to me very rudely, so I don't think I would come back anymore

They mad a man having to ask like 6 times for a cup o for water. I waited patiently and all cool till they mess up my order it’s frustrating because I messed up on not checking before leaving home, so had to come all the way back to be placed on hold for getting my order fixed. I did not receive any comps for the issue at all not even a Cupon for a free hard tack. Not sure what happened to Taco Bell when if they messed up they tried to help you out. I know this cuz I used to work before at a Taco Bell.

I'd give this place Negative 10, this place was terrible, no customer service, I didn't get a receipt, no one acknowledge anybody walking in. No one was at the front at all for several minutes. Then acted bothered when myself or anybody else needed to order. The cash drawer was on TOP the counter where they make food. .I ordered take out. They didn't give me a bag or sauce I ordered. Took over 10 min .to get food. And she acted like I didn't say anything, rude rude rude , store was dead and my order was way before the others being made. Not busy at all. I.can see why . The bathroom is locked like you're in a lock down facility then they bang on the door unlocked it while I was just let in. Unlocked the door while I'm peeing. Don't go here

The Deluxe cravings box is $9 and doesn’t come with a Chalupa. Took a big bite of one of the burritos and it was pure refried beans. I couldn’t take another bite. Also got no straw. It was an instant regret purchase. Not necessarily this location’s fault. Just a semi-annual reminder of why I only eat Taco Bell twice per year.
