Almost every time that I come to this location, they have food that’s been sitting there for hours, and they always mess up your order. Especially when I’m coming through the drive-through. Anytime that I have stepped a foot in the lobby, they neglect their customers, and act like we are not at the front needing assistance. I’ve been here for the past 30 minutes trying to use the restroom, and not one single time have they came to the front and asked if we needed assistance.Worst place to get food at. Do not come to this location!

New years eve the lady working drive thru messed up our order then told us we were wrong refused to give her name or a receipt cuz the machine was
Very slow service today and none of the employees speak English. There were some visibly frustrated customers today and they were all ignored. Took me 20 + minutes to get my order.

While Taco Bell's food is undeniably tasty, the overall experience was marred by service that could use improvement. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, leading to longer wait times and less-than-ideal customer interactions. I'll still return for the cravings, but hoping for a smoother service next time.
