I decided to go to Taco Bell and get some food for me and my boy when I pulled up there it was kind of a big order not too much but I got my food when I Get home I find out they forget something. so what do I do? I go back. By the time I get there the food is already cooled off so I kindly explain the situation then ask them too make it again. The girl goes back and grabs her manager then they both come up and ask my too explain the situation for a 2nd time so I explain it again. The manager then decided too argue with me about making it again there was literally nobody there. I was the only person and they weren’t doing anything. so making it again, shouldn’t have been a problem.anyways eventually she agreed too make it again. So I wait. Once they call me up I realize they did not remake any of it instead she said her is a free Crunchwrap supreme and gave me the steak quesadilla they had forgotten originally and some free chocolate cake. Then she asks if this is okay and before I even got too answer she cuts me off and says okay good. Like no it’s not good still however I felt very uncomfortable in there and embarrassed and accepted it and left without any of my needs fulfilled. Anyways I get home and the food is just terrible. Some of It’s cold overcooked even the person I bought food for was displeased with their meal. I felt so bad and embarrassed. I’m writing this review because I want those ladies retrained or some sort of action taken because worst service worst food just the worst experience in my life at Taco Bell and I’m going to encourage other people and myself never to go to that location again those people are terrible and very, very rude. so sorry for the harsh review but sometimes $20 is hard to come by these days especially if you live in your car.

The lady running the drive through was the worst. Super rude, and when I asked her to repeat the order she refused. The order wrong thrice over. Terrible experience, go to the taco Bell on North temple.

I ordered a number one taco supreme. It would’ve been nice to get one whole taco out of the three they were all smashed and crumbled.

The food was alright, but as someone who used to work at taco bell for many years as a teen, they are skimping on the food. Barley any lettuce and cheese. I ordered two lux box's. Asked for lots of hot sauce, they were out so I asked for mild. They stated sauce was in the box's so I left. Get home and there's 3 packets of sauce for two meals. Wtf. They were also very impaitent at the order screen. Asked three times if I was ready. Do better guys, if you hate your job find somewhere else to go. I won't be back here, I'll go back to my usual location.

They're never open

Taco Bell - We give you the runs... This location more so than others for some reason. Currently remodeling. Looking through the drive-thru window made me nervous with all the things I saw wrong, like the dusty broom so close to the soda machine. They might as well close it until the remodeling is completed.

I love Taco Bell when they are able to get your food out in a timely manner, and the people making it want to be decent employees. The sad part is its hard to find this service anymore.

Im in and out of there in under 2 mins with hot fresh food. I wish online ordering was available but the staff is amazing so I don't mind the interaction

The best value menu deal (non-breakfast items) goes to Taco Bell's bean, rice and cheese burrito. Most locations charge $1.49 or $1.59. This one sells them for a buck! The only other location I know of that does that is Shiprock New Mexico. Three of these fill me up. (Don't need meat at every meal.) The Diablo sauce is primo and very hot, as it should be. The packets are too small, but that's not worth a deduction.
