The staff was openly rude, dismissive, and treated me differently in a way that felt uncomfortable and unacceptable. Simple questions were met with attitude, eye-rolling, and a tone that made it clear you were an inconvenience for daring to order food at a restaurant. That’s not customer service, that’s brand sabotage.

What made it worse was the clear lack of accountability. No attempt to de-escalate, no professionalism, no basic courtesy. It crossed the line from poor service into behavior that felt discriminatory and targeted.

Disappointed and Frustrated Every Time

This Taco Bell location consistently fails to meet even the most basic standards of service and cleanliness. Orders are rarely packaged properly items are tossed into the bag half-open, leaving the bottom soggy and the food a mess. It’s not just sloppy, it’s unsanitary.

The drink station is another disaster. They rarely stock brand-name sodas, and getting a lid and straw together feels like winning the lottery. On top of that, the staff frequently short-changes customers, and even when the receipt shows the correct order, what ends up in the bag is wrong more often than not.

Management seems completely disengaged. There’s no accountability, no effort to improve, and no care for the customer experience. The atmosphere feels chaotic and unprofessional dirty floors, disorganized counters, and a general sense of neglect.

I don’t expect gourmet service from fast food, but I do expect basic respect for the customer and the product. This location needs serious attention from corporate before it drives away every loyal customer.

While the food was not made with the level of detail I would want from my T Bell (cheese outside shell, sour cream only on half, etc.) the staff were excellent and they had the cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen at a T Bell.
The soda fountain was also very clean and the ratio was crisp. Perfect mountain dew.

I decided to go to Taco Bell and get some food for me and my boy when I pulled up there it was kind of a big order not too much but I got my food when I Get home I find out they forget something. so what do I do? I go back. By the time I get there the food is already cooled off so I kindly explain the situation then ask them too make it again. The girl goes back and grabs her manager then they both come up and ask my too explain the situation for a 2nd time so I explain it again. The manager then decided too argue with me about making it again there was literally nobody there. I was the only person and they weren’t doing anything. so making it again, shouldn’t have been a problem.anyways eventually she agreed too make it again. So I wait. Once they call me up I realize they did not remake any of it instead she said her is a free Crunchwrap supreme and gave me the steak quesadilla they had forgotten originally and some free chocolate cake. Then she asks if this is okay and before I even got too answer she cuts me off and says okay good. Like no it’s not good still however I felt very uncomfortable in there and embarrassed and accepted it and left without any of my needs fulfilled. Anyways I get home and the food is just terrible. Some of It’s cold overcooked even the person I bought food for was displeased with their meal. I felt so bad and embarrassed. I’m writing this review because I want those ladies retrained or some sort of action taken because worst service worst food just the worst experience in my life at Taco Bell and I’m going to encourage other people and myself never to go to that location again those people are terrible and very, very rude. so sorry for the harsh review but sometimes $20 is hard to come by these days especially if you live in your car.

The lady running the drive through was the worst. Super rude, and when I asked her to repeat the order she refused. The order wrong thrice over. Terrible experience, go to the taco Bell on North temple.
