I only use this place because it's conveniently located by my home. The food is mediocre, I believe they use the same grease between the chicken and the taco bell. I won't order the Mexican pizza from this location. The shell tastes like old greasy cardboard. The customer service is hit or miss, and they usually forget something, or they are "out of it," Trying to order a chicken pot pie is near impossible because they are "currently" out.
We tried to stop here to eat, and the doors were locked, despite it only being approximately 7pm. The drive-through was open, but we walked there. When I called and asked if they were closed in the lobby, the employee answered in the affirmative, but gave no details. When I asked if these were new hours or just for today, and why, he stated that there was something wrong with the restrooms, and hung up.

Went through drive thru, chicken enchilada burrito combo clearly says $6.99. Go to the window and they argued it is $8.99. Told them to fix their drive thru board price if that is so, but they didn’t care. Just left.

This Taco Bell sucks I’ve ordered nachos 3 different times and everytime they have messed it up. First time? Chips were stale af! Second time no meat! And now the third time not even cheese! Who tf forgets the cheese! Fr a dead store and you can’t even get an order

Superb staff and super fast service!!!I came here last week after work with some coworkers. We all got Taco Bell and the service was extremely fast, around 10pm when we came in all of our meals were ready within 2-3 minutes of ordering.Anyways, I accidentally left my work badge here. Spent hours looking for it at home before I had a strange feeling I might’ve left it in this restaurant. So I called and no one picked up at first, but usually fast food places don’t even have a real store phone number to call so I didn’t expect much. After a couple minutes I thought I’d try my luck and call again, and just 5 minutes before they close at midnight, a friendly staff member took my call and confirmed they had my badge. I drove straight to the KFC and despite it being past closing time, I was able to pick it up. The staff member even tried to refuse a tip which shows how humble they are.Thank you KFC/Taco Bell team for not throwing away my lost property!
KFC / Taco Bell multi service location, it was clean and well cared for. Staff was attentive and knowledgeable about the different options available. There was a live person working the register NO self service kiosk here. I will go out of my way to visit this location for that reason alone! That the food was well done is just a bonus for me.
