I refuse to go to McDonald's because all they care about is their lame app. Now I refuse to go to taco bell until they start treating
their customers like humans, instead of robots. What ever happened to good manners? I'm sick of being ostracized at the drive thru. Give up the app crap.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AND DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

This is by far the worst Taco bell location i have ever been to across the states. We have had issues with order EVERY time we have gone here. We tried ordering online in attempt to avoid all the issue we were having only to arrive to the store and the store was closed.....

We contact Tacobell support who told us that the location was open and the location marked our order as being worked and finished. in the location though all the lights were off and the doors were located. We essentially were robbed as we paid for an order when they were not even open!

I'm a little biased as I love Taco Bell in general, but this location has been a great spot to stop for lunch. They've been really good about getting my order out and correct and typically have the lobby decorated with holidays. The staff have always been really friendly and helpful at this location.

If you enjoy being ignored, this is the location for you. I was seen by multiple employees while standing at the counter waiting to place an order. They didn't even acknowledge I was there, instead they looked right at me and then looked away and continued working.... More than once! A simple, "I'll be with you in a moment" can go a long way.

Twice when I have ate inside for an early lunch there has been an employee, listening to her phone loudly, while early. Then proceeds to LAY on the table's bench while continuing her break(?). This ain't your home girl! This is such a disappointment.

My order was missing the cinnamon twists and the sour cream on my burrito. I went through the app and they told me they would send me a three-dollar off code to my email, but I received nothing. Yes, I checked my spam folder.
