This store #033154 is amazing! I don't know who is working this shift, 08/19/2025 at 1:45 pm. But they ALL need to a raise and to go teach every other taco bell how to make food. I ordered a beefy 5 layer, cheesy double beef and a nacho DLT. the burritos were a pretty good size, everything was spread out correctly and they didn't fall apart while eating it. First time in years I have actually been happy with my food and didn't feel like I was getting ripped off! This crew is awesome!

I just paid $8 for a crunch wrap with hardly any filling and one jalepeno even tho I was upsold on more. Person in drive thru will change his service depending on if you say yes to the stupid scholarship donation. Stop asking me to round up for scholarships when you're owned by a multibillion dollar corporation in Yum Brands and Pepsi Co. Just an excuse for the business to say they care about their workers.
I understand how hard it is working in food so please pay your employees a livable wage so they feel good and motivated about working there. Every time I visit, there is something wrong with my order. I am so polite and concise as can be and it still happens, this is malicious compliance to the max. Service is terrible bc nobody wants to work for bunk; employees clearly don't enjoy working there.

It happened again, but this time with way worse food, half the food was cold or tasted off, got sir'ed a bunch more as a trans person it's just straight up discrimination I tried correcting it and he just shut the door in my face before I could get a word in I think Flyn was the name, constantly going from an over the top friendliness to downright passive aggressive the second I announce what my order name is, it's just disgusting I thought I'd give it a chance because the other one is so far but every time the food is worse and I get discriminated only when he is around, GET RID OF HIM NOW

This place obnoxiously asks you if you want chicken or steak, when the item doesn't ever come with chicken or steak. Afterwards they ask you if you want classic or spicy. They also ask you if you want sour cream on every single item. If I did, I would freaking ask. This place is insanely obnoxious. That's what hot medium or mild sauce does.

Uber eats pickup orders should be priority and should not start being made as soon as I arrive. Orders should be ready BEFORE we arrive. We don’t get paid hourly to stand there while you make the order. Orders should be ready to pick up and go on the to go shelves! Not held hostage in the kitchen

The person that took our order and gave us our food was incredibly rude 😒. We then simply asked for sauce and threw 2 packets at us and we had to drive on.
Absolutely worst service every weeknight that I’ve been through the drive through. The guy taking orders has not only tried to intentionally deceive us into adding extra toppings, but has been disrespectful when we try to clarify what we want. He does not take “As it normally comes” as an answer and will continue to ask you questions in a stubborn power struggle.

Worst Drive thru service!! I asked for a crunch wrap supreme. Was charged for a crunch wrap but was given nachos. My husband went back and the guy was an asshole about putting no veggies on the crunchwrap. He argued with my husband about tomatoes being a fruit. Dude. You know what he meant don't argue about it! We will never return. 6/26/25 I hope the manager reads this and talks to the person doing drive through on this night at after 9:45.

I know ordering here they try to upsell you on EVERYTHING. So when I order I say everything it normally comes with. After getting home I see I'm charged for beef and sour cream when BEEF AND SOUR CREAM ALREADY COMES ON IT!!! I didn't ask for extra I told him no!!! I didn't receive any extra on the items I received and he added extra to every item I ordered! I ended up paying $5 more with these charges. This Taco Bell is a scam!

This rating is a warning for customers to be prepared to answer 20 additional questions when trying to order any normal menu items. While corporate is surely the one demanding these questions staff is completely unwilling to work with the customer to order the item as it's listed. This is not accessible to those with disabilities and frankly patronizing and insulting. The attempt to upsell is one thing but don't be rude to customers who just want the item as it is listed.
