Ordered the Big Juan... they didn't have one. So, the 5-layer Beefy Burrito. It was more like a 2-layer, sloppy cow burp. Worst $5 burrito for nothing more than swill, cheap. Go anywhere else but here, the worst... Never Again!
Horrible, $9 freaking dollars for a damn crunchwrap supreme! It had hardly any meat on it, & I didn't find any sour cream. They want to keep raising prices on everything and give you less, and it sucked!!
The guys that work here, at least at night time when i get off work, are always the sweetest most kind people and they brighten my night every time i get food from them. The food is always exactly what i order aside from one time they made up for anyways.
I like this location because the employees are great. They’re quick, accurate, and kind.
My issue is everything has shrunk by half! The amount of questions I had to answer for two items was insane. I asked for what I wanted and if I wanted all the options, I’d order it like that.
If there was an option to give this location negative stars in customer service I would. I will no longer be giving my business to this location because they don’t value their customers.
Absolutely done with this place! This whole deal at the drive through where you can’t even place an order without trying to be upsold on everything is so obnoxious! Why are you asking if I want sour cream when sour cream comes on it?! The person taking orders isn’t even listening! We left and went next door to McDonald’s. No fast food order is worth be harassed for a very single upgrade- that already comes in the dang taco!!!
Always a long line. They like to put breast in the bucket instead of wings.
Never going to this Taco Bell again. The guy on nights taking orders is killing the vibe trying to up sell everything. Even sour cream? Had this happen multiple times here over the last year and it’s just very lousy style.

Integrity alert! Terrible drive thru script practice!!!!One of the worst drive thru experiences I ever had. I understand and can appreciate the upgrade script. This store was better but, the upgrade asks have gotten progressively worse. Your team meets expectation of asking for every upgrade possible. Having said that, your team rushes customers into making decisions and creates a level of anxiety which disrupts the ordering experience. The worst part, I order a nacho bell grande your attendant says, “would you like that with chicken or keep the steak?” My reply, does it come with steak? His reply, “yes”. I ask, “are you referring to steak as beef. I want it how it comes.” His reply “it comes how ever you want it.” I was so confused. I said, “I want it how it comes.” I then order a double beefy burrito. He asks, “do you want to keep the double beef on that?” I said, “yes because I believe it’s double beef burrito.” I look over and I’m being charged for 2 different extra meat charges. The word KEEP in the script indicates it comes with it already. Not ok Shift Manager, SM, DM and RD!!!
SM Tyler, the guy taking orders on 4.15.25 at 9:15pm is doing his job but, not ok with what is landing there. Revenue will show great from upgrades but, not ok practices that will deter reoccurrence.

Whoever is taking orders through the drive-thru on weeknights was so concerned about up-selling that I drove away. First they assumed that I wanted to upgrade my meat choice, and then continued to ask if I wanted extra of every single ingredient, one by one. After ordering 4 items through this process, I had had enough. It's fast food. Just get me through the line.
Went in the drive thru and they asked me so many questions minus if I wanted hot sauce and I had to eat my food dry 😞
