You have an amazing lady who works days at the drive thru. She is a shining star. Always pleasant. Very helpful. She deserves recognition. I refuse to go to the 3900 South location because of horrible customer service experiences. Please, show this kind lady some extra love! She truly is a great employee.

I ordered 2 crisp burritos and a large mexifry with cheese. Cost me $15 and there were like 25 tator tots with some cheese. Those alone cost $7. You got to be kidding!!! I could have ate at a dine in restaurant for that price. Let alone the few tator tots. I just let my nephew have them and he is 6. Very disappointed and won’t be back.

I love Taco Time. It has more of a local feel and flavor that the other chains.

Ripoff! Ordered 3 crisp bean burritos @ the promotional price of 3 for $6. Also ordered 2 soft drinks. Drinks were $2.99/each! Really? $3 for a fountain drink? NEVER eat at TacoTime on 800 So. State Street in Salt Lake City. I certainly never will again. Pure greed!

Love this Taco Time!! It's not only great food for a good price but the staff are always friendly and even though I only get downtown once a month or so, they always remember me. Also the building and decor are really cool inside and out!

Older stucco building heavy real wood tables, large booths. Perfect for families or small groups. Immaculately clean.

Good food , they have crispy chicken burritos that I can't find in other restaurants and the cinnamon crustos are a must. Just make sure that you receive what you order. They missed items on my order and had to remind them for what I paid for otherwise a great place for a meal

This is the #1 Taco Time & is SUPERIOR to the others.. the burritos are rolled nice & tight and they come out hot and delicious! The one on 39th & State is NOT apparently run by the same people, nor the Cottonwood one either...
Parking: Lots of parking ... even have car shows here!

This Taco time does have cockroaches.
I encourage everyone to go look up salt lake health inspection reports for this Taco time.
Other locations might not have this issue. I don't have any issues with the 3900 south Taco time.

The food was cold and the taco shell for the taco salad was really old and gross

My son and I came and ate inside. My son went into the restroom and there was a cockroach on the floor! Will not be eating here again!! I brought it up to a worker and she acted like it was no big deal
I'm not a fan of chains, but this doesn't seem like one at all. It feels like a family-run restaurant, and it's a nice quiet nook right in the heart of downtown. The food is a step above Taco Bell, plus the prices are reasonable.
They always have fresh condiments and a couple of copies of USA Today newspaper on hand. It's one of my go-to lunch destinations, and I occasionally find myself there during dinner time, as well.

Food is good, I usually get it to go.
Actual building is pretty old and tired.
