Forgot taco from our meal didn’t check if we had everything got home and saw it was missing but didn’t have the time to drive back. Didn’t answer our call either and we paid for the taco didn’t receive it. Friendly tho

One of the best taco times I've been to! The food was fresh and warm, they packed my crisp taco with lots of meat and a generous amount of sour cream, and the man at the drive thru was nice. I'll definitely stop by again when I'm in the area

The lady working the drive thru window had an attitude and slammed the window in my face. If you don’t like your job get a new one. Don’t stand in the way of your employer making money and customers getting the service they deserve. Get a new job.

food was tasty but workers are not nice. they were talking trash in Spanish and I speak Spanish (they didn't know) so I understood what was said and was disappointed

Taco Time delivers fresh, flavorful bites with standout Mexi-Fries and crisp burritos. The ingredients taste clean and the packaging is eco-friendly. Prices are a bit steep for fast food, but the quality and service make it worth the splurge. Great for a quick, satisfying fix!

I came here ONCE because I thought I would save money and at the moment I didn’t have a lot on me however they charge a lot of money for a lot of crappy food. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I stopped going here for a while. Because I was being overcharged and then I saw that one day when I came in with a friend that the same people aren’t working there anymore.

I ordered an Uber today because I was really tired and I had a really long week. I had to end up going back for my sides because one they wouldn’t answer the phone. I love their whipped cream, and I love their ranch. I can eat like five of those ranches. they’re not cheap. Out at all the fast food places. I had to go back up there, and I came in and one of the ladies just looked at me and wouldn’t even turn around the other one. They were all Hispanic and I am Hispanic, and the girl looked at me and said how can I help you and then didn’t even speak a lick of English. Then another girl came out and started talking to me and I was like hey you guys I ordered Uber and you didn’t even give my ranch and my whipped cream! If they don’t know what they’re doing I don’t think they should be doing it. If they can’t read the order.

The people that work there DO NOT have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO DOWNTOWN TO 900 S. ON STATE STREET. BETTER EVERY THING!!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS! FOOD IS MISSING EVERY SINGLE TIME. DONT LEAVE THE DRIVE THRU UNTIL YOU CHECK YOUR BAG. THEY WALK OFF WITH YOUR DEBIT CARD AND ANOTHER PERSON BRINGS IT BACK TO YOU!

I asked to use the restroom at 8:50. They said that they close it at 9. So I asked to use it since it wasn't 9 yet.
They said I couldn't because they already cleaned it.
