I like Taco Time and this location is the one I use the most. The parking lot can be a little hard to get in and out of due to its location but it's not terrible and the staff here are very friendly. I have been coming to this location for years and I have yet to get home with incorrect orders. I don't typically eat inside at this location. I will say though, I wish they'd bring back the salsa bar. I really miss that and would probably eat inside if that was available. Some of the other locations still have it so I'm not sure why this one doesn't.

Awful small drive thru, employee seemed very unhappy to be there.
Absolutely awful service. Tiny cramped location. Would not recommend, even for drive-thru, which is extremely narrow and practically on the street. Went to this location on the way home from our toddlers appointment and only had a short amount of time to grab food on the way home. After several minutes in the drive-thru and finally the wife going into the lobby, no one at this location could figure out how to accept the digital gift card we purchased from the company itself. How is this acceptable service?! Ended up having to drive home and drop the family off because it was time for the kids lunch, only to leave again and drive all the way out to the West Valley location in order to use the funds that we had spent on gift cards. Fortunately, we got much better service out there. So if you want Taco Time, make the drive anywhere but here!

Had call in to make sure my friend was telling me truth. The manger at your store took the order. No meat on nachos...you need better manger if he is the reflections of your employees. I won't be coming back. Please train your store manger to do their jobs. Not to mention it so drown in red sauce.

This location seems to have continuous problems with their Grubhub listings. This has been this way for several months.
This location was great, food. Was good and the workers who prepared the food were generous! Restaurant and bathroom were nice and clean!

I ordered with the cashier a bunch of food the order goes to the back to the Cook who's playing on his phone puts his phone down and automatically starts touching the food and I have to tell the cashier that I don't want the cook touching my food without gloves then the Cook gets attitude start speaking in Spanish to the other cook that comes out of the bathroom who knows if they wash their hands. What a disgusting establishment. Will never go to this taco time again. How dumb can you be to nog wear gloves when handling food. It's pretty sad because the cashier seemed to be the head person in charge and she was okay with no gloves being on the cook in a food line at a fast food place!! Disgusting people!!!
