The people that work there DO NOT have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO DOWNTOWN TO 900 S. ON STATE STREET. BETTER EVERY THING!!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS! FOOD IS MISSING EVERY SINGLE TIME. DONT LEAVE THE DRIVE THRU UNTIL YOU CHECK YOUR BAG. THEY WALK OFF WITH YOUR DEBIT CARD AND ANOTHER PERSON BRINGS IT BACK TO YOU!

Trusty Taco Time.... It's not awful, not great... but trustworthy food usually.. boring flavorless very small cold chicken taco salad..for $8, it ought to come with sour cream and guacamole at least... the burritos can be palatable. The sausage is sub par. As well as the bacon.. it used to be better...
The one at 900 S. State makes the menu items better ... probably because their kitchen is much bigger?

Not the most safest and convenient entrance to a food place but that's where it's situated, on the corner of as busy intersection and there's literally enough room for two cars: one at the window and one coming off the main street. Scary.
Love the food, service was very good but dine in the seating is limited so I took it to go. Yum!

I like Taco Time and this location is the one I use the most. The parking lot can be a little hard to get in and out of due to its location but it's not terrible and the staff here are very friendly. I have been coming to this location for years and I have yet to get home with incorrect orders. I don't typically eat inside at this location. I will say though, I wish they'd bring back the salsa bar. I really miss that and would probably eat inside if that was available. Some of the other locations still have it so I'm not sure why this one doesn't.
