At first our service was really great. Our bartender kept our waters filled and was attentive. Then, after we had already paid for our drinks and tipped, the bartender accused my wife of having a fake ID and being underage and proceeded to pour out our unfinished drinks and kick us out. I don't know why we were treated like this and that was the hardest part. We are not going here again.

FRAUD don’t come here! My friend was in town so we all decided to come here for a quiet night to just hangout and catch up, to all of our surprise almost all of us were either double charged or charged for random amounts for days after going there and had to cancel our debit cards because of it. Don’t go here! The bartender Thomas was the one that had my card on a tab and at the end of the night I signed a receipt for 35$ and then 3 days go by and there’s a charge for 19.20$ from tap room. I called my bank and they said it was 100% fraudulent and to contact law enforcement because of how often this occurs at this bar. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

Tap room is a bar that straddles the line between a classy place to drink with amazing food and a dive bar with friendly patrons where it's easy to feel at home. I've never been disappointed by the food and if whisky is your thing don't skip this joint!

My girlfriend asked them for 2 shots for 4 customers spaced out a half hour before they closed and the lazy bartender said my girlfriend with a speach impediment was slurring her words and told her none of us were allowed to be served and told us we were never allowed back. The Sugarhouse Pub was understanding of her stutter and had no bias and served us. Do not go to a bar that has no understanding of people with a slight disability. We tried to enjoy our night and the bartender made my girlfriend cry. Go to any other bar in the area. Campfire Lounge, Fiddlers Elbow or Sugarhouse Pub will welcome you. This bar is disgusting not only with the employees behavior but the actual clenliness. I have been there multiple times in the past and received undercooked food and tonight drove me past the point of ever going back. We are very disappointed not only how they treated us as regulars but as humans. I only wish I could give a zero star review.

They changed their burger menu and fries and I take issue with that. Used to be a 5 star grub joint, now I'd just come back for drinks. Bring back the bacon blue and stop skimping on the fries, they used to give you a heap of fries tossed in seasoning, and a burger you could barely fit in your mouth, instead I left still feeling hungry.

This bar is outstanding. The bar tenders are friendly, the patrons are, mostly, just regular hard working people. It's dark and it's generally not too loud, at least not during the week. I don't really go on the weekends but this is 100%, By FAR, my favorite bar in the city. If you go, tell them hi from me and please. Leave the outside stress behind, enjoy a drink, and relax.

Been coming here for breaking bingo for a few months with no problems. Got to know the bar tender and a few of the regulars. The bartender, Garrett had a bad night and decided to take it out on us. Not sure what we did, but he shunned us. Everyone has a bad night I guess. But you don’t take it out on your customers. It’d be nice to know what we did. Please let us know Garrett?
