AVOID!!! Do yourself a favor, protect your kids if they have ANY allergies, and avoid this place like the plague. I feel this is redundant having read all the other reviews, and it’s infuriating. My experience would be -1 stars if possible. Endless health code violations with improper labeling, toppings spilling into each other, and improperly temperature-controlled toppings. The list goes on. The “employee” had to be interrupted from her headphones. Bathroom out of order, broken furniture and duct-taped containers.
What in the world is going on here? Asked what the ingredients of the marshmallow syrup was. The “employee” said it was simply marshmallow, even after us trying to dig deeper. Marshmallow is normally quite safe for us. Turns out it has egg, my kids’ number one allergy. One scratchy throat later, we asked if we could swap our frozen yogurt cups out for others so that we could still have some that doesn’t poison my kids. She looked at me like I had worms crawling out of my ears.
I told her she shouldn’t be saying the marshmallow syrup is just marshmallow, since marshmallow has no eggs. I was so pissed off I threw it all in the garbage and left. Do yourself a favor and go to Menchie’s. Half the price and you won’t likely have dysentery, or worse, death. Three cups less than half full and it was 26$. What a joke. I went to Menchies shortly after and had two cups slightly over half full and it was $6.90. LOL!
To corporate: you need to take a serious look at your store here. Do us a favor and either take pride in your store, or cut your losses and close this location. This location is an embarrassment, at best, and a danger to the safety of your customers at worst.

Absolutely filthy, employees and management clearly have no structure or sense of responsibility over their workspace. Felt like an abandoned zoo and the employee was literally on a phone call when we went up to pay. She sat there and did not even input the transaction so that I could pay. After a minute of us waiting confused and staring at her, she said “21.50” for the price, but when she manually input the price it came out to 29.50 for two yogurts. I couldn’t even confront her about it because she was on her phone call. I bit the bullet, paid, and left. Absolutely ridiculous service, everyone involved should feel ashamed. Do not visit this location and if you really want some fro-yo, make the drive to Menchie’s off the 215. It’s worth it.

Nozzles are dirty and half the station was empty. It’s 10:40 and they are already locking the doors and closing even though they close at 11. Some girls came to get some froyo and they came to open the door and looked very annoyed. After the girls left they locked the door again at 10:45 and started closing everything down

I just left the store with my husband, the girl at the counter said sarcastically "thank you" to me when she saw that I didn't leave her a tip, since I served myself the ice cream, my husband noticed his attitude and we left, we can't tip you if you just ignore us and spend it talking to your friend.

The frozen yogurt was fine, but the location itself looks super run down, including dead bugs in the windows and just generally felt unmaintained.
The yogurt tasted extremely sour, and carbonated/fizzy, which usually points to either rancid or mold. I'd already left before I tasted it, so $8 down the drain. Machines haven't been wiped down in who knows how long. Kid behind the counter had his pants down halfway to the ground, and was walking around with his hand firmly planted on his crotch to keep them up in a gross/unhygienic, yet hilarious teen "gangsta" way. From the looks of the reviews, the managers haven't checked them in months, so I pretty much expect nothing to change.

It was genuinely nasty in there.. the fruit looked a week old and like it had been left all day without refrigeration. It just looked sticky in there , like every single surface had gunk on it and I was the only person in there but the kid was just on his phone not cleaning a thing … sooo gross!! It’s my closest froyo but next time I’m definitely making the trip to a different place!!

I came in Fri night. The place is filthy!!!! The floor, the yogurt stand, the fruit looks old, the table and chairs are disgusting!!! There one young kid running the place and he’s standing at the register on his phone. I asked for a towel to wipe down a seat and he’s too busy on his phone. If I was his manager he would be fired immediately! The owners need to know what’s going on! I couldn’t get myself to even buy a yogurt. I left and hope you’ll improve this place. I wanted to throw up just looking at the filth everywhere!
